WEATHER
Sprinkles. Like little faery tinkles, showering New York and little flecks of snow.
WHEN WILL IT END? More seemingly senseless killings of AI units continue to plague the city. Another Standard was found dead - this time in their own home. At the Lake Forest Apartment Complex last night at around 1:00am, after police were called over to the scene by a neighbor, the SM was found strangled to death and dismembered. The lower half of their body missing, and no where to be found near the scene of the crime. Sara, last name withheld, heard a struggle in her neighbor's apartment and immediately phoned the police after banging against the wall numerous times to let her neighbor know she was not happy with the volume of noise. Afraid for her own life and growing angry for the violation of the sound ordinance, Sara waited patiently for the police to arrive. It was discovered that the disturbance she had heard through the thin walls, was in fact, a homicide unfolding just next door to her. "If I would've known, " she commented as tears rolled down her cheeks. "I would have helped." Sure you would've, Sara, sure you would've. Known only as "Brigs" on the streets, the well-known AIA criminal among the most wanted by the F.B.I, was found this morning floating, or rather, pieces of him were floating, along the banks of the Hudson River near Staten Island. It cannot be said that anyone truly cared that such a hostile unit was finally taken out. F.B.I. Special Agent Victoria Chen has been assigned to investigate the crime scenes. Police and the JH Corporation urge citizens to keep a watchful eye out for any suspicious person, and to immediately report any disturbances in their neighboring. Additionally, if you have any information on either of the cases described above, please call your local police department's anonymous tip line at 1-888-978-3040. |
A NEW THREAT? Police have been asking themselves if the recent bombing at a coffee bar, which left six employees of the JH Corporation dead, has anything to do with the acts of violence surfacing lately against AIA. Could the crimes be connected somehow? Could this just be a random act of terrorism? The JH Corporation has been under a great amount of scrutiny for quite a few years now following the liberation movement, and this would not be the first terrorist act against the company. However, it is the first to slay this many employees this senselessly - and the first terrorist act which seemed to target humans. Alternatively, New York is not innocent of terrorism from mislead or over-zealous individuals. "Investigations are underway." A spokesperson for the JH Corporation commented, "But at the moment, we cannot locate even a particle of evidence to bring the two separate crimes together as somehow connected, or to even link them to a possible discrimination of JH Corporation employees." Was this all we'll see of the bombings? Or, should New York be more alert and more careful? Only time will tell. |
NEW AIA APPLICATION A new law might get passed which will enable AIA to use an entropy application through a turing technology. This will enable those government units, and specialized SM's to access medical data and perform the assessment of vital statistics. Issues of this being legal, safe, and humane, are still being argued. |
