City Of Hills is an aim and thread friendly play by (PB)/city based community set in San Francisco, California. Writers of this community are promised creative control over their story lines. With students from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang soon to arrive, the population of Hogwarts are convinced that this time it's their turn to win. However, not even enthusiasm about the tournament can make people forget about the squabbles over Muggle rights and the recent threats of violence against the pureblood community.
