While I know many are mourning the deaths of those we lost and a few may even be celebrating the return of a few, we have several matters we need to focus on.
- New jury members need to be elected from Squads 4, 5, 7, and 9. These need to be done by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. We are passed the 14 day time period since the experiment began and they were no longer able to perform their duties. If it is not turned into me by tomorrow afternoon I will appoint someone in your stead.
- New council members need to be elected from Squads 8, 11, 12, and 13. These also need to be done by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Again, we are passed the 14 day time period since the experiment began and they were no longer able to perform their duties. If it is not turned into Sharon by tomorrow afternoon she will appoint someone in your stead.
Major offenses were committed during this experiment. Article 7. Section A. 3.
While it is recognized that scientists may impose demands for antisocial or violent acts upon the group or individual specimens, we affirm that citizens possess free will and an obligation to not only their own well-being but that of others. As such, while Scientist Directive may be a mitigating circumstance in the commission and subsequent adjudication of Offenses, it is not an rarely exculpatory.- Squad 9: Leia Organa, Poe Dameron will be charged in the death(s) of Rocket.
- Squad 1: Sharon Carter, Daisy Johnson will be charged in the death(s) of Helena and Natalia Romanova
- Squad 8: TBD, Melissa Gold will be charged with the death(s) of Hank McCoy, Phasma, and Maria Hill (Due to the need to elect a leader, this trial will be scheduled two days after the others to give appropriate time to prep).
- Squad 10: Bruce Wayne, Harley Quinn will be charged with the death(s) of Raven Darkholme and Wanda Maximoff
We will start with the People vs. Poe Dameron this coming Wednesday.
