If there's one thing that has really brought us together as a community over the last couple of months, I'd have to say that in my opinion, it was betting on each other's demise during the Hunger Games.

So naturally, I thought it might be fun to really bring that concept into an old/new era by betting on which of our friends are Communists. Or as I like to call it, *~RedPool~*

As always, the odds are completely made up by me based on a variety of factors, including je ne sais quoi, hairstyle, Sorting Hat test results, which Game of Thrones character I think you look like, and the Naomi Wolf factor.

High School Teachers & Staff

Now that we've had a few days to settle into our roles here, I wanted to see if there are any questions you have regarding your teaching assignment, any potential problems or pitfalls, or anything else you'd like to bring up.

I don't know how many of you have teaching experience in your background, so if there's anything I can do to help make you more comfortable, please let me know.

I recognize now that the subject of powers or abilities is a complex issue. There are passionate opinions on both sides about whether or not we should even be proceeding with the construction of this machine, but for me the answer is clear, and I think it should be for all of us. We can't debate whether or not it's ethical or optional to manipulate our access to abilities, that power already exists. It's wielded by the Scientists who brought us here. We can't let those dictators keep it.

For those unaware, Hotel has been tasked with building a device that could control the Facility's accest to powers. While I, myself, have only been here a few days, I've read the constitution and collected enough anecdotes about the past experiences of individuals here to feel confident in stating that the scientists do not have our best interests at heart. For that reason alone we must push forward with the construction of this machine to give this power to those who hold our interests and our survival in their hearts. That is our government. That is ourselves. That is not the scientists.

I hate to admit it but I'm actually starting to like it here. It feels like a fresh start. Something new. I don't like that this happened and I hate how many kids are running around and I'm always looking over my shoulder waiting for The Human, but...I could live here. And that's kinda worrying me.

Alright, so I know enough about science to know that every experiment can't last forever. Even the long haul ones gotta end at some point or else you never get results, and hey, what's the point of science without results, right. So as much as I don't wanna know, do we know when this is gonna end? And what happens when it does?

Where are our Pokemon gonna live if we're always getting shoved into different scenarios?

I don't accept this.

The timing is not ideal with the residents of Hotel temporarily having to seek new accommodations. I trust everyone is doing what they can to make sure they are taken care of.

As many of you are aware, we have been working on a Constitution between all the distractions. The final draft includes the suggestions and input made during public discussions of the first draft. If you feel something is missing or needs changing, we will allow them to be voted on as amendments at a later time. No more changes will be made beforehand.

The vote will take place tomorrow at 5pm in the cafeteria. Names will be on the ballots for transparency. There is no age restriction, but we suggest guardians take time to explain the document to their children. For this to pass it will require a 2/3 majority.

The final draft that you will be voting on is here for your consideration. I expect everyone to take a chance to read it beforehand. There will be no discussion at the time of the vote.

The 13 groups you have been divided into will be required to elect their own representatives ASAP after ratification. I suggest communicating within your groups, but it is for each group to figure out how they wish to move forward.

You know, I was just saying I needed a vacation after that presidential race. This isn't quite what I had in mind, obviously. It's not exactly Mykonos. Or even Fire Island. But I'd be lying if I said I couldn't smell what the Rock was cooking. Nice of them to pick a bathing suit that matches my eye shadow, even though the fit is a bit awkward in the front.

TBH this seems like the kind of crazy that Franklin Richards will inevitably go.

I know I am not the only one who has been significantly frustrated over the lack of sharing of clues from our Clue Principal "Professor Plum". Yesterday he said he would detain himself if the majority of us agreed that he should do so.

Withholding information from the block is a detriment to successfully solving what is going on and continues to put us in danger every night. I find it highly suspicious that he has done so from day one and continuously purports that the other clues he received were not viable while still not providing anyone what those clues were.

I'd like to have a vote. Please respond and let me know if you agree or not that he should be detained for the night.

I need everyone to check in. We're doing a sweep of the hotel to make sure we have everyone who is hurt attended to. I also need people to check the structure of the building and make sure it's sound, and lets hope to God we're not dealing with asbestos. If you're able, I need people to clean out rubble.

I know there is still a murderer on the loose. I know we are missing more people, but we need to keep ourselves safe before we proceed. Do I make myself clear?

I realize this is a giant game of Clue for most of you, but the gross mishandling of justice is something I really cannot take part of. I had hoped that we wouldn't start pointing to all foreigners with "funny accents" first thing, because of the alleged HYDRA connection.

I'll tell you this: most HYDRA agents these days are not German. They're American. They're British. They're European. They also like to distract you into doing things you wouldn't normal do so that they're no longer "beneath" you.

The Sokovian people are noble and are good people. You detained Zemo for no reason and now there are more murders. This very bad mistake. I could have say this wasn't Zemo. No one from Sokovia would play silly game like these.

People of the Wittgenstein,

Hopefully many of you may remember the post that Sharon Carter (the elder) made in the aftermath of the Circus riot about our civic responsibilities. In the two weeks since we have been back at the compound, a small group of us have been stationed in the library, working on drafting a document assuring and defining our rights as citizens (not merely specimens) of this Wittgenstein collective.

We affirm, in brief: a right to assembly and self governance, a right to freedom from violence, discrimination or harassment, a right to freedom of speech, a right to property, and a right to freedom from degrading conditions, and an obligation to assuring a minimum standard of care and safety for all who are brought here. We maintain the sanctity of life for all specimens as our highest primary objective.

We propose a representative democracy comprised of a federation of "Districts" comprised of at least five people. This allows everyone's primary points of contact to be largely those with whom they would interact in any case, however, it also creates both a Wittgenstein Council and Jury comprised of elected representatives from each District which can address concerns that face the entire group, see to impartial, empathetic handling of specimen-on-specimen crime.

Finally, while at present we have the capacity to negotiate only amongst ourselves, it is our hope that success in this endeavor may give us some collective bargaining power with our scientists.

In any case, we have drafted a preliminary Constitution based on a variety of national Constitutions as well as drawing heavily from Prisoners' Rights theory, but it is only a preliminary document. We would like to open this up to all specimens for comment, suggestion, and revision in the interest of fairness and to capitalize on the assembled collective political expertise here.
