The Sokovian people are noble and are good people. You detained Zemo for no reason and now there are more murders. This very bad mistake. I could have say this wasn't Zemo. No one from Sokovia would play silly game like these.

I didn't say anything sooner, but I'm sure by now there's no question in anyone's mind that Hydra has a role to play in these disappearances, and while I can confirm that the crptic messages appear to be Hydra in origin, I haven't get managed to get to the bottom of their troubling suggestions.

But, I want to come forward at this time and offer myself as a resource to anyone who is confused about what Hydra is, what their role in this war was, and how best to protect themselves and those they care about from this terrorist organization. I have engaged with and defeated branches of Hydra for the better part of my life. I know their strategies, their weaknesses and their strengths. I want to share that information with anyone who thinks they might need it.

And anyone engaged with Hydra at this time, in this hotel, can take this as a warning: I will find you and you will be stopped.

This isn't my first time playing a game like this, so I've been doing some work on my own and Jughead and I have come to the mutual conclusion that, based on our knowledge of the circumstances, the best suspect might be Pietro Maximoff.

I say best because we do have a second suspect, but it's more the two of us just narrowing our eyes suspiciously at someone and we have absolutely nothing more than that to go on. So, if this doesn't play out, we'll take that one for the team ourselves.

We're bringing this to both our block and Hotel block because Hotel's lead detective has recently made his suspicions very obvious and we thought it might be a good idea to give a guy who's clearly out for blood (and rightfully so, I lost my first girlfriend to a serial killer, so I get you, dude) the option to make his case for making the arrest, as it were. And, to be frank, Hotel block seems - from my rather limited time here - like the sort of place that likes to handle its own shit, which I respect.

Our evidence is all sort of circumstantial and meta, but we have noticed that with the exception of Poe Dameron, who was Maximoff's roommate, Rogue, and the recent crop of victims, all of the missing people were Avengers or those close to Avengers. Specifically, they were people who might have pointed a finger at Tony Stark. And since he was indirectly responsible for creating the Ultron tech, which was responsible for what happened in Sokovia, he seems like a good scapegoat for Maximoff. Maybe other folks here know something we don't that would connect the other victims back to either one of these two. But there you go.

If anyone has anything else and wants to share it with the rest of the class before you two duke it out over who takes this one in, be my guest, but this is what The Creeps promised to deliver, so consider it delivered.

Good afternoon, I'm Agent Peggy Carter. I'm not certain I'm relieved that I haven't simply found myself back in time and instead am part of a experiment or if I'd rather have simply found myself back in the middle of the war.

Regardless, I've been briefed on the situation (thank you, Maria) and, as I understand it, we have a murderer on our hands. Now that is unfortunately a situation I'm better able to understand. Is there someone, whether in November block or otherwise, who's willing to brief me further?

I want to make it clear to all those wondering that my decision to detain Zemo last night was not out of contempt, and it was peaceful and mutually understood as a precaution. It is the only way to officially clear somebody's name, and if anyone feels targeted by accusations, I suggest you willingly give yourself up for a night. It will help us narrow down the suspect list, and hopefully ease tension brought on by suspicions.

As much as I'd like to take matters into my own hands, I'm still not comfortable with how circumstantial everything is. I saw a flinch in Maximoff today, but it was hard to read without being face to face with him. So what you want me to do with this?
