I trust that you had a pleasant summer holiday, now that we’re all returning to Hogwarts there are a few change regarding the Future Ministry Workers Program that I need to notify you of. You already know that Miss Smith, our new Head Girl will be acting as our liaison this year so if you (or any of your members) have problems or concerns please address them to her before coming to see me.

The first official meeting of the FMWP will not take place until the eleventh but I’m giving you the subject to be discussed/covered in that meeting now so that you have time to plan and get any details sorted out with other members of the club. You will be discussing Diversity in the workplace. As you can imagine those who work at the Ministry are a diverse bunch and it is important to behave respectfully and properly when coming into contact will all cultures and races. This discussion should mainly center around anyone with aspirations for working in The Department of International Magical Cooperation. Your meeting should cover the benefits of working with other countries and the politically correct way to act while doing so.
