WHERE: The Great Hall

STATUS: In progress

Rebecca tapped her wand against the banner spread out in front of her and sighed. She was rubbish at banners, and "Students Love MOOBS" didn't have the same ring to it after Jaye had pointed out that MOOBS sounded like boobs. Then again, if it attracted more attention because of a misinterpretation of the cause, that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Maybe she should ask ASP. He was fairly good with signs and catchy slogans.

She considered it for a moment, eying the lettering which was most certainly askew. If they had money to spend, she'd be able to pay someone to do the artwork, but no, they were on a tight budget, and she had to save her expenses for important things for the cause, like food. And her Halloween costume, not that it was really related to the cause in any way. Simon ought to be proud of her, she thought, not giving it to her in the neck because she was maybe, quite possibly, sort of spending money that she shouldn't be. She'd made sacrifices.

Tapping her wand against the banner again, she changed the lettering from violet to a cloudy blue. It was more ghost-like, and if she stood under it, it would make the color of her eyes stand out. She'd have to coordinate her clothing, too. She had a pearl grey set of silk robes from that French boutique - the one Mum loved. If she could just make the lettering a little larger, it would be perfect.
