The rain beat down against him as he pushed a strand of limp black hair away from his eyes. He pulled out his wand to cast a quick cleaning spell on the area in front of him and nodded to himself, pleased. Kneeling on the sodden ground he placed a chalice of Wolfsbane next to the impeccably kept tomb.

“Don’t think a simple thing like death is going to keep me from my vow to keep you supplied with this foul potion for as long as I live,” Severus spoke softly to the cold granite in front of him.
