Rae chuckled a little bit. "Not too much trouble, nah. Just grabbed some dye while I was raiding for all this stuff and dyed my hair in the Macy's bathroom," she laughed a little bit at how trite it sounded in comparison to everything going on around them, but really, she didn't care. She loved her new pink hair, regardless of how frivolous it was and how people around her seemed to give her a crap attitude for it.
"The costume was just as easy as raiding what was in style at Macy's," she added with a bit of a snicker. "Apparently, 1980's was in back in 2013. Who'd have figured," she mused as she straightened her shirt out a little bit. "It was worth it." And it'll be worth it more when I show Eli his costume, she added inwardly.
Rae laughed when the woman showed off her handcuffs. "Do I have to call my lawyer? You can't arrest someone who's committed no crime!" she shrugged nonchalantly, then smirked a little bit when the woman told her where she'd gotten the cuffs. "One of those things that you'd never think to do before the end of the world, huh? Stealing from a cop-shop, I mean?"
