She she was one of those optimists? Fair enough. Billie needed to be around more people who could see the light through all that was going on. Most people she had talked to had given up on hope and just were getting through the dark days by staying away from zombies or going on looting trips. Eventually, it could depress someone. But to be fair, Billie could be pessimistic herself. How could anyone have a skip to their step all the time? Easy, some people were just that way and the end of the world wasn't going to change that.
"I didn't mean to frighten you..okay, well I did. But I meant no harm. I suppose sometimes I let the twelve year old in me come to life. May as well, since I don't plan on impressing anyone. I know my introduction was complete shit, but my name is Billie." She offered her hand, a smirk on her face to try and display that she was harmless. Her guns were away and her stance gave it away that she was willing to talk.
"You know, Halloween used to be my favorite. I am sure that there are plenty of people who plan on moping around hoping for the good old days to come back. So, the Halloween idea is quite nice." She chuckled just a little. "All the safehouses look like horror movie sets. But I'm sure you could lighten it up. I think people will help bring a positive vibe to the party since I'm sure people need their spirits lifted."
She couldn't help but be silent for a moment in search of something to say. "Do you need help with anything? There could easily be other store rooms with Halloween like materials."
