WHO: Ty and Bea
WHAT: BFF time
WHERE: Bea and Vienna's place
WHEN: April 8th, 2020; late evening
RATING: Medium at least for the foul-mouthedness that is Ty and Bea
Ty couldn't have explained what motivated him to come and sleep at Bea's some nights and stay at his cell on other nights, so it was a good thing he didn't have to. It wasn't anything as simple and straightforward as loneliness or a corresponding need for solitude; nothing like that. Maybe it was just Ty: he did his own thing. He really always had, so why should the end of the world make things any different?
He hadn't been here for long. Entering with his key, he'd taken his bedding out of the closet and set it on the end of the couch, but he hadn't really settled in yet beyond kicking off his shoes.
It hadn't been too busy of a day-- he knew there'd been a memorial service earlier and that a lot of people had been at that-- but Ty had kept himself occupied. While he wasn't paid to be there, he was conscientious about his job. He liked keeping the supplies and the medicines that they had organized, keeping the exam rooms clean, and he wasn't above grabbing a tech and requesting that they clean rooms too, if he saw somebody not doing much. So he was usually tired in the evenings. Damn, he needed a life.
Ty was sitting on the couch... well, more sprawling than sitting, with his legs stretched out and his ankles crossed. Next to him was a bottle of Maker's Mark he'd found on his last looting trip. He might have problems if Ledger awakened and came to join him and wanted some, but he knew he'd just have to learn to say no to the kid. Vienna might de-ball him if he got her kid started drinking at the tender age of three. He took a long sip and set the bottle down, then resumed gazing at the ceiling, his version of unwinding.
