You are, of course, always welcome to get creative with news pieces by adding little extra tidbits (as Chantal does with Doris' WWN News Recaps) or to throw up publication extras whenever you like (aka Dear Dempster, etcetera). The Witch Weekly tag is also now available for use. Anything plot related, however, please run it by Alie first (or Tyra/Robyn if she isn't around). You'll be provided with more info on the articles available by Alie before the fact. If you'd like to write an article but don't have a media character, feel free to NPC one!

Dark Army Attacks: In August there will be four attacks made by the Dark Army:

Women's Committee: As suggested by Beatrice to the Society Ladies, the Women for the Cause will be acting like a rather screwed up version of the Red Cross. As a manner of supporting the Cause and the Dark Lord and their menfolk and such, they'll be joining together (in some capacity, aha) to do their own bits of awesome. For now, the start is just (more or less) making a name for themselves (and lmao, it can be more creative that "Women's Committee" as well; Bea'll make another post about it this week).

Ongoing; the "Committee for the Education and Preservation of the Magical Community"
Reasoning as to why pureblood society is great, why preserving magical culture and heritage is a necessity, etcetera, etcetera. Pamphlets, posters, information ads in the papers, or any ideas you guys have yourself! The challenge, of course, is ensuring that what the ladies do does not directly come across as supportive of Death Eater/Dark Army activity.

Ministry of Magic: In August the Ministry is going to be busy 1) implementing the new employment restrictions (as indicated by the DP article listed above), and 2) going on a--pardon the pun--witch hunt.

6th; Assignments issued as "eyes only" files regarding known Order members to the DEs (minus the aurors, for now). They'll follow the chain of command.

17th; summons issued to the "suspected terrorists"

18th; warrants issued to the "suspected terrorists"

20th; Order member captured (!) and interrogated; Dumbles will ask an Order auror to sacrifice their position to get the captured Order member out

Death Eaters: These guys will, somewhere along the line, find the urge to blow shit up. One of these I've already chatted about with Chantal and Khushi (WARNING: If you volunteer to have your shit blown up, it will be turned against your character!) about the first, there's one more to volunteer an Order member or their family for:

	Hurray, I have read this and must think about OH GOD SO MUCH INFORMATION. BUT I noticed that Regulus's birthday is not on here; it is the 23rd. PS I am back from hiatus as of TODAY :D (Reply to this)

HOLY COW, that's a lot of info. *sigh* Now to respond to it all...

Bertha has no objection for her family being targeted. (At least, her muse doesn't.) We can chat about how that'll work.

Reyes volunteers for the attack on the Boneses, since she's out of the Lovegood and (most likely) the Jorkins attacks so I don't go crazy. XD

Alice would volunteer to sacrifice her position as an Auror, but I'd have to figure out how long she was supposed to be on maternity leave for, and thereby when she's supposed to be back at work. But I have a feeling that the answer is "not yet"...

Yay Rabbit kidnapping! And having a timeline for it! (Florence/Rabbit plottage to come. *cackles*)

And Hestia is bothersome and says her joining the Order is a "something else" for them.

And I should volunteer Betty for a DP article, just so I get all of my characters covered in this post (seriously?) but I don't know which one she wants. Especially since she's used to op/ed.

	Rabbit will demand a gift from Fabian when he returns to the land of the living, maybe a nice bottle of rum or gin. Something expensive because Fabian's taking a week out of Rabbit's life that he did not plan on spending in a cellar. ;) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
