introduction

It's me again.
I still hate writing introductions.
But at least I'm not new this time!

Anywho. Hi, it's Rocy. I just got permission to bring in my second character, Matsumoto Shizuka ...and her first name is Shizuka, by the way. I'm just weird and like things properly formatted. :D

I was going to write out a shiny paragraph like I did for Devon, but I found it really hard to summarize her. Rawr. The bare bones are that she is a fifth year Araboth. Faie. Japanese. She's originally from Nagoya, Japan (first three hundred years of her life, just about), but she's currently living with her grandfather and little sister in Brooklyn, USA. Her family used to be the big Faie power in Japan/east Asia, but that ended about 400-500 years ago. Ummm. Yeah, I just woke up and I'm already late for work. ~~And I'm out of coffee.~~ SO! There's more information in her biography, including appearance/tattoo, likes/dislikes, and personality. Go read it. Pleaaase.

PS. I heart plots and backstories.

Hey Rocy. Shizuka sounds awesome. And yay! for more Faie. I was thinking we were getting low on them.

So Cora says Shizuka is the sort of girl she would like to associate with. Both have lost their parents and share interests in Swordplay and student government. But the relationship probably took its time forming. I'm pretty sure your girl befriended other Faie kids initially to feel more accepted (Dafne and Lendie and Alec are all her year). And Cora would like to remind you that her mind control powers don't work well on Faie so she has never attempted to control or read Shizuka in any way.

And Rocky would love for her to be part of TFU. If she is pals with Lendie, she probably already is.

And Oliver is only a year above her class wise but I'm sure when he was 13 he loved the fact that she looked 15. ;)

She and Cora should definitely be friendly. If they have classes in common, maybe they got friendly over homework? That could have been the catalyst, I guess, is what I'm saying. :]

Not sure how involved Shizuka would be in TFU - probably a member in name only. She's friendly and tolerant, sure, and she'd like to make Lendie happy... but I don't think she necessarily believes in it, you know?

And Oliver is a creep, haha. I don't think they'd get along. Not enemies, but not friends either? <3

Yes, schoolwork would be the perfect avenue to have them bond. Excellent. They would be so girlie together outside of studies too.

He is probably okay with that. To a point. He'll let Lendie handle any issues that might come up with her.

Oh dear. He's gonna be crushed. Or not. He does know that some girls are opposed to his charms. Life goes on. He doesn't plan on changing.

Um, right, so Lendie thinks that Shizuka is adorable and thinks that they should be adorable together!

Pen likes her too, she would have no problem being friends.

Nathan is slightly freaked out that she hasn't changed how she looks over all the years that she's been coming to Idris. He wouldn't be any good around her, she's much too cute. xD

	But yeah, he'd talk to her to no end. He also loves that she's well groomed. (I'm like that irl. If my nails aren't manicured and are UGLY, I freak out.) He likes the fact that she's trustworthy too. So um yeah, moving for a break, will AIM you later. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	OHAI THAR. She's Faie and in Araboth. Um. History with Viitoria perhaps? IDK what though. And she's in the same year as Viktor! Viktor would like her. :D Viktor seems to befriend all the faie or something. And Arion dislikes her. Because she's Faie. But secretly probably would like her... because she's awesome. Hi hi! :D Yay for second characters.

Okay, Dafne would probably know her? I don't know how well though. She's wary of faie, but obviously she gets along really well with Lendie so she may know Shizuka through Lendie and get along with her that way? I don't think she'd be like "omg faie love! :D" but she'd definitely be like "I see Shizuka a lot, she seems nice. woo"

Uhh, Evita pretty much gets along with everyone so I'm sure she'd get along with her although it sounds like she might be a bit on the serious side for Evita. Evita's a Rakiah at heart even if she's a prefect, so she's got a soft spot for the troublemakers, specifically the light hearted troublemakers. But still, I'm sure if they ever met up they'd get along. So umm...maybe leave the two of them to meeting up in a scene lottery or something if that happens?

Let me know if you had anything in mind for my characters :P I love plotting in general, so if you had anything in mind then great if you didn't that's fine too ^_^

	Both of those make perfect sense to me! Sounds good. I would say for Dafne and Shizuka -- that they get along really well in a group setting? So, if Lendie invited both of them out blah blah or something else happened blah blah, they'd be friendly and enjoy each other's company... but they'd never make plans to hang out just the two of them. 	Alex loves the fact Shizuka likes maple candy and she's my fiesty one so friendly? Bella's kind to everyone period so I'm open to ideas (plus she would know both of them from student goverment along with swordplay and Alex from the paper) (Reply to this) (Thread)

Yitzhak is probably completely oblivious to her, although he might approach her about books in Japanese, since he's about to head off on a major language learning spree to distract himself. >.> But I don't think they've talked much otherwise.

James has no strong opinion. She doesn't bully him or anything, so he probably has a neutral to positive opinion of her.

Overall, though, she's adorable. XD My characters just don't fall for adorable well!

	And vice-versa! Plus, it looks like their languages complement each other -- all the languages that she's fluent in are either a) ones he doesn't know at all or b) ones he only has the basics of (French+Italian). The same goes for him. :D (Reply to this) (Parent)
