Subject: Regarding your lessons
Mr. McCallister,
It has been brought to my attention that you might require extra lessons of Elemental Manipulation in order to gain better control of your mage abilities. After discussion with the Headmaster and several of my colleagues, it has been decided that you are to have these extra lessons privately with me on top of attending your usual classes. The venue will be the usual classroom used for your regular lessons and they are to be held after your normal lessons end on Friday afternoons every week.
Please report punctually to the allocated venue next Friday immediately following your last class.
