BLITZBALL: RAKIAH v. MATHEY (Backdated)
Mathey triumphed over Rakiah on Friday, though not by an incredibly large margin. Both Harrison Wright and Cole Pendragon where left in the dust in the wake of Mathey's wings and it is likely that Mathey would have ruined Rakiah if it hadn't been for Louiza Pyreal, though her performance was lacking as well. There has been many speculations as to why Rakiah's best players, and arguably some of the school's best players, did not perform at their usual level. The most common conclusion was a lack of communication. Jessica McFadden was not at her top notch either today, but Rakiah's goalie made her look professional. The real stand out was a Mathey reserve, Fernando Luca, playing better than Rakiah's first string.
