It would be nice if comment editing was enabled. Dreamwidth has a feature that allows a comment to be edited as long as there's no reply. This seems to allow typo correction without allowing extravagant abuse of the comment system.

Deleting and reposting a comment to correct a simple typo becomes tedious and requires remembering to change the icon - if you forget, you have to delete it again to do something as simple as that.

If it couldn't be implemented everywhere, perhaps create a third style that allowed it and offer access to that style only to paid members or other premium accounts? S1, S2, S3, with S3 greyed out and unavailable unless the member's paid. I don't know coding, I don't know if that's possible. Just spitballing ideas for the item at the top of my wish list.
