After seeing a similar community on livejournal and knowing how much trouble it can be to get entries/votes on here, I figured a place like that for IJ would be nice as well. I also combined it with a the idea of a community to help mods of icontests and similar challenge communities.
Feel free to join and advert your needs or discuss questions you have when it comes to setting up an icontest, enforcing rules or any other question you might have.
