| About: | LJers, please add my community RSS feed here: icon_expressrss I hate to have this community moderated for "membership" here on EyeJay. But it was brought to my attention by a good IJ Friend of mine that some people are stealing my icons here and posting it in their lame icon community. Since some people are STEALING my icons without giving me proper credit, from now on, this community will have moderated membership. Meaning you have to be "approved" in order for me to "add you". This way I can check your profile before adding you and see if you are giving proper credit to other icon makers out there. Another thing, all the icons posted in public will have LIMITED time. I'm sorry, I have to do this. Anyway, if you came from Livejournal and just made an account here to JOIN my community, make sure you state it on your comment to me. My suggestion to you is, create the "same" username you have there on Livejournal HERE on InsaneJournal. So this way it's easier for me to check you. Anyway.... this community is zero drama. If you cause any drama at any point, you will be banned and deleted without further warning. Just a few things I'd like to mention, majority of these icons are based from my own photography. Sometimes I will use other resources but not very often I would do that. If I do that, I will make sure I'd state that on my post here. Like the community's name, it is an expression of my arts. Just a few information about myself, I've got a degree in Commercial Art and I've worked as a Graphic Designer for over 15 years for various companies such as Apple Computer, NASA, Valley Yellow Pages, Expo Advertising, and many other Silicon Valley companies. I love my job but after several years of deadline after deadline, I thought it's about time to make a change. So far, I'm in a transitional period in my career. Although I am no longer working as a Graphic Designer for different companies, I still like to continue my Arts. I like doing my Arts when I'm not rushed if you know what I mean. I don't like using someone else's unless I'm in a critical need and I don't have the time or means to do it, but when I do will identify that's its not from my photography but someone else.
