Young female vampire of Russian decent. Turned by either Mariella or Carmilla.- On Hold |
Young male vampire of Russian decent. Turned by Mariella. Jealous, dark and brooding. |
A policeman in the pay of the Council. It is his job to tidy up after any unfortunate incidents involving the undead and make sure everything is swept quietly under the rug. A nemesis of Joseph’s who knows the man is keeping things secret. |
Servants of the vampire family the Rumianova who feast on their blood. Possible storyline of one or more of the servants being turned. |
(suggested pb Lara Pulver, suggested name Minerva) neé Granville; a proud and strong woman who was turned into a werewolf as part of the conditions of her marriage. Her relationship with her husband is up for discussion, but she cares deeply for her children and perhaps also takes a keen interest in the other members of her human family. |
(suggested name Lucius, suggested PB Tom Hardy in Wuthering Heights) a wilder son more interested in traditional and more animalistic ways, although not enough to cause major problems within the family, but some tensions between the brothers. Much like Isiah in personality, strong and wilful and determined to have what he wants. He gets on well with his father, obeying him- perhaps the only child who really does, and in return his father treats him better than the others. However, this favoured son might not be able to continue that prized behaviour now he is older, feeling too much a dog rather than a wolf, and might be determined to take power for himself earlier than otherwise. |
(suggested name is Caspian, suggested PB Hans Matheson in Tess of the D’Urbervilles) perhaps a little more refined and human in nature than his brother and father, closer to his sister. Some mild disapproval of his brother and father’s more indulgent and less humane actions, certainly interested in politics and with a desire to join the Council and have his say, if not try to join the human parliament. When he was younger, he was continuously sneaking off and escaping his nurses and tutors in order to explore human London, and his father certainly disapproved of that. The pup was too keen to be a human, and not a wolf in his eyes, although his father's attitude has probably not prevented his love of human society growing. |
(Suggested name Drusus, Suggested PB Rupert Graves) Isiah's illegitimate younger half-brother, spared during the conflict which gained Isiah his power. Disappeared to found his own pack, but has returned, possibly followed by ill-luck or something more sinister. |
By the name of Diana. Born of a human mother, she has only just come to fully understand her true nature at her coming of age and is now desperate to seek her father and be accepted by him. PB suggested: Gemma Arterton in Tess of the D'Ubervilles -On Hold |
male or female representatives of another important, aristocratic or political family. The son is most highly desired as the fiancée of Julia Fernsúlfer. Please ask for more details. - On Hold |
male or female representatives of another important aristocratic or political family with a seat on the Council. |
The Owner of the Morning Chronicle and Joseph’s long suffering editor. He wants Joseph to tone it down and stop writing about the undead, especially since they’ve been receiving threats. (Possible pb Jeremy Northam) |
Has been lumped with Joseph in an effort to calm him down and dissuade him from his quest to find the undead. More logical and methodical than Joseph. (Possible pb Huge Jackman in the Prestige) |
A writer on the Morning Chronicle working on social events and gossip. The only woman on the team she is highly prised for her memory, never forgetting a word or a face. (Possible pb Emma Pierson in Little Dorrit.) |
A twisted and cruel man, unliked by many and the rival and enemy of Joseph Horrigan. Highly educated, but cruel and possibly seen as somewhat mad, this man takes irradiating the undead from the city very seriously, and has dedicated his life to it, although no one seems to know how long that has been. He seems to get little joy out of "tidying up" the city as he calls it, but then again he seems to get hardly any joy out of anything, just grim satisfaction of a job well done. |
A Ghost to haunt and require the help of Beth Downing. Age, gender, name and death up to player. |
