After messaging my fellow co-maintainers yesterday about a situation involving a member of hpicons, a new rule has been posted in user info. Please be sure to read all the rules of the asylum before you join, they are there to protect all our members.

Hi, new hpicons members! I've added the rules and a bunch of interests to the userinfo, so please take a look at them when you get a chance. Well, the rules, at least. But if you see anything major I left out of the interests, let me know.

Feel free to post an intro if you want, and I hope y'all will start posting some icons and other HP artwork soon. :)
