The Fest BEGINS!
Hello everyone!

First of all, let me apologise for being a day late with the start of the fest. Apparently some construction in the area caused a main cable line to be cut and it took the cable company almost 24 hours to fix it.

I was without internet for almost a full day and I never want to go through that kind of pain again. LOL!

Anyway, I'll begin posting one fic/art per day until all the fics/art have been posted. I'm going to attempt to have each piece up at the same time every day, but if there is a delay, worry not.

Look for the first entry to be posted in about half an hour! All fic will be publically posted to Insanejournal and merely linked to on LJ, so if you feel the need to pimp, be sure that everyone will have access to the fic/art.

XD I love the mods of Harry Potter fandom communities, you're all always so nice and eager to affiliate :)

Well, what we usually do is I put a link to your community in my community's userinfo (I also add it to a list on the layout but you don't have to do that) and vice versa and the idea is that Harry Potter fans who join your community will see your affiliates and check them out as well. It's a great way to get more members :)

Making a post about your new affiliate is also optional, I usually do a bunch in one go, just so current members hear about it (cause they wouldn't regularly check the userinfo).
