OMG! That is brillance on both counts! I cannot begin to say how much I love both the fic and the art. Just..truly... *gushes incoherently*
The characterizations are so much like I picture Lucius, Cissy and Bella in my head at that time period it's *scary* And the motherly devotion is wonderful. And the nipple kiss, and the hott!kiss and the gauzy nightgown, and the artwork that captures it perfectly.
