Narcissa Malfoy read the cryptic note a third time. The single line was in her sister Bellatrix’s distinctive scrawl. She wondered what in Merlin’s name Bella wanted to propose to her. The only thing in Malfoy Manor that Bella had recently expressed an interest in was Draco, and Narcissa was not about to allow her sibling to be alone with the young man.

Narcissa penned a reply on the same scrap of parchment then gave it to the patiently waiting owl. She watched it fly away while she finished her morning tea.

“Bella’s always been a few twigs short of a full broom, and her time in Azkaban did nothing to improve her mental stability. Damn you, Lucius for getting yourself arrested.” Narcissa commented to herself as she stood up decisively from the small tea table.

Her husband had always been better than her at handling Bella’s moods. She stopped that train of thought before she had a chance to feel put out by what she viewed as her husband’s betrayal of the family. The thoughts were not conducive to getting prepared for her guest. Following the Malfoy Code of Conduct ™, would be her best way of surviving Bella’s visit with minimal damage to herself or her already battered self esteem.

Entering the master’s suite, Narcissa strode to her dressing room. She stripped out of her morning clothes then started to select the proper attire to suitably impress her guest.

“A Malfoy always looks their best,” Narcissa recited while putting on a mauve corset. She slipped on the matching thong then carefully searched through her stockings for just the right pair. She was soon wearing lace up thigh high stockings and the mauve stiletto heels Lucius had presented to her with the corset on their last anniversary together.

She moved to her vanity stand and seated herself on the stool in front of it. She was careful to apply just the right amount of make-up. She wanted to look in control, not trashy. Knowing how much Bella liked it when she wore her hair down, Narcissa pinned it up in a tight bun; she needed to make a clear statement to her sister.

Next on her agenda was to prepare the bedroom. She picked up her wand from where it rested on the vanity then seductively swayed into her bed room. A few flicks of the wand, some murmured spells, and pink padded restraints were attached to silver chains. The chains in turn were attached to the head and foot of the large brass bed. She smiled as she artistically draped herself on the pillows and waited for Bella to arrive.

Narcissa did not have to wait long. She heard her sister verbally abusing one of the house-elves shortly before the bed room door was flung open.

“I see you prepared for my visit. I do have one complaint: pink?” Bellatrix looked a touch ill.

“Lovely to see you again, darling.” Narcissa languidly rolled and hit Bella with a stunning hex. She smirked at the sight of her sibling on the floor. “We are going to have such fun together,” Narcissa purred while using a hover charm to place Bella on the bed. She removed Bella’s clothing, chained her to the bed, and grinned wickedly.

Upon regaining consciousness, Bellatrix tried to move her arms. She next tried to sit up, then finally she opened her eyes and saw that the ceiling over the bed was charmed to act as a mirror. Her eyes widened in horror.

“You put sodding ribbons in my hair? Narcissa, I despise you!” Bella shrieked obscenities along with demands to be released.

Narcissa strolled into view. She smiled down at her raving captive.

“If you do not cease, I will either use a ball gag, or a jinx to silence you. Decide.” She ran a long nail down Bella’s side, making her shiver. “I have learned a lot about certain games from you and from Lucius. There a few things you need to remember, Sister Dear. One, a Malfoy only negotiates from a position of power. Two, being feminine is not a deadly sin. In fact, being a well groomed female will often get you want you want with little to no effort what so ever.” Narcissa gripped one of Bella’s nipples, pinching and pulling on it.

Bellatrix moaned softly and tried to spread her legs wider. “You know I like it rough.”

“I know.” Narcissa released the nipple and gave the other one a hard pinch. She watched Bella writhe. “Now then, let us start negotiating.”

“You bitch,” Bella snarled. “How dare you get me aroused then want to talk business?”

“I must have misunderstood your missive.” Narcissa was all wide eyed and disturbingly innocent looking. “You did not want a play session?” She pulled a dildo out of the bedside table. She stroked it with one hand while holding it in the other.

“Cissy, I always top!”

“Not today. Not if you are here to propose using my son for one of your schemes to improve your position with the Dark Lord.” Narcissa’s face matched her voice. It was now hard and business like.

Bellatrix licked her lips. This was starting to sound interesting. She wondered how far Cissy would go.

Narcissa bent over. She ran her tongue over a nipple then bit down hard enough to leave a mark. She was smiling when she stood up.

“Release me.”

Bellatrix felt the restraints disappear and shifted into a kneeling position. Before she could strike, she was bound again with ropes that were in an intricate series of knots. She growled.

“Much better, far more possibilities with shibari. You do agree?” She grinned when Bella growled at her a second time. “I thought you would see it that way.”

Any protests that Bellatrix could think of making went unvoiced. She was intrigued. Her eyes widened as she was positioned face down on the bed. Since her knees were bent, her arse was up high in the air. She rolled her head to one side and shrieked. Pain blossomed across her buttocks.

“I did not give you permission to move.” Narcissa ran her finger along the thin red marking of the welt. “You look very fetching on display like this. “Can you see the mirror?”

“Yes, Cissy.”

There was a whistle as the crop was brought back and landed hard on Bella’s body.

“Yes, Mistress,” Narcissa corrected. She made the crop whistle again and struck the bottom of Bella’s feet.

Bellatrix shrieked with her second orgasm. She struggled to calm her breathing once the spasms stopped.

Narcissa smiled her agreement with that idea. Once again, she had successfully negotiated for her son’s safety. She was willing to teach Rodolphus any of her skills in bondage if it meant Bellatrix was entertained and not thinking of Draco.
