HP WANKFEST IS COMING!!! so to speak...
So, What the Heck is a Wankfest?
Wankmistress RG's First Second Annual Wankfest of Doom is the InsaneJournal asylum for the Harry Potter Wankfest 2008 -- an anonymous, prompt-based fest in honor of National Masturbation Month, AKA the lusty month of May.
Here's how it works: Authors and artists will be asked to choose a Character, a Location, and an Object/Prop, then use those elements in a piece of fiction or art that celebrates the glories of self-love, details the downfalls of self-abuse, and/or just generally melts the knickers off the readers/viewers. Think of it as a smutty game of Clue, if you like: Draco in the Prefect's Bath with a rubber duck or Severus in the potions dungeon with a stirring rod. Just remember -- it's all about the wank!
Submissions will be posted anonymously throughout the month of May. After posting is completed, there will be a period for voting for favorite pieces in a number of categories, such as "Best Use of Prop" or "Melted My Monitor." We hope this will be a silly, fun, and sexy way to celebrate the fine art of shaking hands with the unemployed.
A complete set of fest rules will be appearing in a few days. The list of prompts will be posted next week. Claiming of prompts will begin mid-month. Fic and art will be due mid-April.
