What if after the fateful three-way duel of 1899, Gellert Grindelwald did not flee England alone? What if he was somehow able to convince his friend Albus Dumbledore to accompany him--to seek out their ambition of taking over the world and controlling it for the greater good?

The Neuen Assistentenauftrag presently controls the majority of the European continent, administered jointly by Chancellor Grindelwald and the Lord Protector Albus Dumbledore. The disciplinary excesses of the Chancellor seem to be held in relative check by the Lord Protector, who is regarded as fondly as the Chancellor is feared. Within the NAA, the highest offense is treason. Those who are able to conform to its laws enjoy the all the freedoms and privileges offered in the world free of the Statute of Secrecy. Britain's integration into the NAA in 1970 was the source of much division within the British magical population. Some argued in favor of allying for the economic benefits and the ideological tenants of egalitarianism within the wizarding community, while others protested yielded power to what appeared to be an increasingly dictatorial regime.

In 1978, the British Ministry of Magic operates as a loyal satellite of the NAA. Territories of the NAA are secretly policed by a German-based military division, the Order of the Phoenix, who see little difference between dissent and disloyalty. Over the past few years, an underground resistance has begun to arise in England, a resistance whose acts are becoming increasingly more daring as the death toll of the NAA continues to rise.


Most Wanted: James Potter, Sirius Black, Peter Pettigrew, Lily Evans, Severus Snape, Aberforth Dumbledore, Nicholas Flamel, Minerva McGonagall, Rodolphus Lestrange, and MORE.

This is a game reactivation - all old plots will be treated as backstory.

JULY 31, 1978. A new batch of interns has moved into the flats that will be their homes for the next year. August brings the first day of these graduates’ internships.

The results of Lord Voldemort’s presence can be felt everywhere, from the mysterious seclusion of some classmates post-graduation, to the slew of fervent elopements that erupted in its wake. Outside the secure walls of Hogwarts, the disappearances of Daily Prophet reporters, inexplicable deaths of Ministry of Magic employees, and the growing St. Mungo’s psych ward are becoming a bit more real.

The class of '78 doesn’t live in a safe haven anymore. Meals aren’t served promptly, laundry isn’t folded and returned to wardrobes, and no one is checking to see if everyone gets home safely. This is the first time that most of these graduates will live on their own, and they couldn’t be more vulnerable.

Not all of Lord Voldemort’s newly-devoted followers have cut off contact from their old friends. Some have been assigned a more important mission: infiltration.

On June 4th, 1973, the first sighting of the Dark Mark was reported over the home of Quentin Parrish, the Deputy Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and a Muggleborn. Two days later, Albus Dumbledore met with Minerva McGonagall and Alastor Moody. One thing was certain: You-Know-Who was gearing up and the Ministry under Hensmoke was no longer equipped to handle the crisis. Not alone.

So the Order of the Phoenix was born from the ashes of this tragedy. Will you join in their fight? Or does the Dark Lord hold you under his sway?

"It is with great sadness that I called this assembly," Salazar Slytherin's voice rang out clear across the great hall. "Three of our beloved school founders were tragically killed in a magical experiment. However, I stand before you today to assure you that Hogwarts will carry on and reach a new potential under my sole leadership. There will be a few changes, starting with the requirement that all Muggleborn students are to remain at Hogwarts over the holidays..."

The Basilisk was released from the Chamber of Secrets, purging the school of Muggleborn filth. Salazar's vision was complete and would shape the wizarding world for years to come. The year is now 1979, a man by the name of Tom Gaunt controls the Ministry and has a hand in most high profile organizations. How long will the wizarding world continue to live their life under the shadow of a serpent?

What if there was no Voldemort? No Death Eaters and no Order of the Phoenix?

Would Lily and James end up together? Would Peter Pettigrew still betray his friends? Would Sirius ever be blasted off the family tree?

Here Comes the Sun is an AU Marauders era game taking place in a Universe where Tom Riddle never existed, exploring what life would have been like without the war. There is still a bigoted undercurrent that runs though society and the tensions between blood and house are high, but without the black and white evil of Lord Voldemort the lines have become blurred.

The game allows for players to take characters in different directions then their predestinations in the text. Both Hogwarts and home life are an integral part of the story, allowing for character development on every level. Mod assisted plots will give everyone something to do but past that their lives, loves and futures are up to you.

This is a game for people who love the world and characters of JKR but want something different from the war-focused games. It’s a chance to enjoy a fresh spin on old characters or pick up characters that are often unplayable in other games.

In the midst of the fearful time were the wizarding world is on the brink of an all out war, it was the professors of Hogwarts who decided to try to lighten up the everyday lives of their students. They spent that summer devising a plan for a bit of competition and light hearted fun but with strict rules and necessary precautions. And it wasn't until the student's first day of school, during the welcoming feast did Professor Dumbledore announce to them that this year they would bestow upon them the first and only Decaduel Competition. He calmly explained that it was simply a dueling competition for Hogwarts students 5th year, or 15 years and up. There shall only be one winner, a winner who shall be infamous within the walls of Hogwarts. A winner of extravagant prizes including a crown to call their own. With the entire Great Hall a buzz with all the news, Dumbledore then asks the many excited witches and wizards, who then is ready for the challenge, to receive the glory that is the Decaduel King or Queen?

In 1975, as Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs (better known as the Marauders, at least to themselves) enter their 5th year at Hogwarts, the wizarding world as they know it is slowly changing.

Like the first touch of cool rain, dark whisperings are beginning to be heard among wizards, particularly those of the oldest pureblooded families. Something is coming - and as it arrives, the whispers will rise to voices, and eventually all wizards of the world will hear the echoes of screams.

Dark Voices follows the students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as they learn to adapt to a changing world. Making friends, forming alliances, standing for what they believe in, and all hoping that they will be left standing in the end.

A new game with over 30 characters, Dark Voices is looking for Peter Pettigrew to join our Marauders. We'd love to have some more Order members to balance out the Death Eaters, and more female Hogwarts students, as there are a lot more boys right now! Hogwarts professors are also welcome.

(where you twine your destiny with that of others and make your own ending)

Spectrum Divided is a Marauders Era Harry Potter based roleplaying game. But it's a little different from most Marauders Era games. It starts out with the characters as they were in the school year of 1975-1976, the Marauders' fifth year in Hogwarts. But from there on up, the players build history as it happens. Your character can develop how they please, whether it's the same as the books or different - it's all up to you.

The game consists of the usual communities, including a main gaming community for everyone, but with a bit of a twist - there is one community for Death Eaters and supporters, and one community for the Order of the Phoenix and supporters. These communities are friends-locked to only people in those communities, so you can hatch secret plots and plan raids on the other side. This game plays like a war...but with less killing.

And the premise?

A relic of ancient evil has been stolen by Voldemort, and the only thing stopping him from using it is a series of protective boxes - and the keys that will open them, scattered across England, hidden in safety by a group of powerful ancient Witches and Wizards. The race is on to find these keys, keys which are said to affect the minds of those who hold them. Voldemort wishes to use them to gain immortality and expand his power over the Wizarding world, and the world in general. Albus Dumbledore wishes only to keep this artifact out of the hands of the one person evil enough to want to use it.

The race is on, and the terrain of the war may just have a whole new face.

Help us build it. From here on up.

Spectrum Divided is currently seeking several of the major canon characters, including Sirius, James, Lily, Snape, Lucius Malfoy, Rita Skeeter, Barty Crouch and many others. We're especially seeking Order of the Phoenix members. Adult characters who are out of school are welcome, and we have ample plot for characters both in and out of school.

Asphodel: Powdered root of asphodel is used in the Draught of Living Death. This plant is traditionally associated with the afterlife and the underworld.

Tired of those games that are purely meant for shipping purposes and barely focus on the events of the first war? We are, and that is exactly why we have created Asphodel.

Tidbits of information is all we have been given, tiny nuances to sustain us, but what about the fine details? What really happened during the First War when You-Know-Who was at his peak and the Wizarding World was barely staying above water? The individual stories of those during that time and the conflicts they had were never written, but they certainly existed.

So let's write their history, a complete history, of the events that happened from the summer of 1979 onward until the fall of Voldemort himself.
