Kingsley is an auror who's torn between an obligation to protect the people through the Ministry and a desire to bring an end to Voldemort without all the government red tape getting in the way. Everyone from Moody to Frank to Benjy has reminded him of this. He's deadpan, curt, and prone to migraines -- mostly due to the incompetence and stupidity of some of his colleagues. He may be dry and sarcastic, but he's nice enough to do a favor if you ask nicely. Disgruntled as he appears, he really just wants to get the job done and call it a day.

26, Pureblood, Gryffindor, Vigilante. Frank tries to see the best in everyone despite being quick to judge Death Eater scum, muggle things, vampires, and werewolves. Pseudo-leader of the Order, Frank is the one people go to with problems and whose main goal is to keep everything together and everyone alive. Frank is still struggling to balance a sense of youth with responsibility, however, resulting in infrequent bouts of innocent curiosity, drunken nights with Ministry Employees, and frequent stops during road trips.
