What should have been a day or reckoning and triumph quickly turned to chaos and mayhem. May 2, 1998, the final battle at Hogwarts took place. Many were lost and hurt, some barely made it out with their lives. But when it finally came down to Harry vs. Voldemort, the battle took a turn for the worst. Bellatrix Lestrange sacrificed herself to keep Voldemort alive, causing enough of a distraction to give the Death Eaters time to grab Harry. The fighting continued as Voldemort and his faithful escaped, leaving the Order and the fallen in the dust and wondering what had happened to the Boy Who Lived.

Times and Trials is a new HP game that starts two months after the Battle of Hogwarts. We are canon up to the start of the battle, which is where things in our game begin to take a twist! Voldemort is alive and in hiding, regaining his strength with Harry in his clutches, and new Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt sits tries to rebuild the wizarding world with the DE threat right there in the shadows. Looking For: Charlie Weasley!!
Storyline: I play HESTIA JONES and would like to find a Charlie who can mesh well with her background and pursue an active future storyline that may or may not involve future shipping. HESTIA'S BACKGROUND IS HERE. (I'd prefer if it did, but even if it didn't it would still be fun!)
Game: I play various characters at 2 games (timesandtrials & the_love_boat) and would like to pick up Hestia at either one if there is a Charlie to play with her.

It is the summer of 1971 and all around Britain and new year
of students are receiving their Hogwarts letters- pureblood, halfbloods and
muggleborns alike. Follow these students through their summer and the coming
year at Hogwarts. What will happen to them? Will their choices impact their
already formed friendships? Will they bend to societies prejudices or tread
their own path? Only time will tell.


Tom Riddle, now known as Lord Voldemort to a select few, has
resurfaced and is gathering followers to fight a war of Blood Purity. Will your
character join him or fight for the ministry or Dumbledore? Perhaps they will
stay neutral. Only time will tell.


The Beginning is a Harry Potter Roleplay set in 1971, the
Marauders first year at Hogwarts. All characters who are alive in that year are
available to play even if they are no longer in Hogwarts, plenty of things are
going on in the rest of the Wizarding World. This is an AU game as you are not
expected to stick with canon. Severus can become friends with the Marauders,
Narcissa can like Amelia Bones... anything goes.

Ministry of Magic Announces Their Annual Charity Ball
8TH DECEMBER, 2003: Minister of Magic, Mr. Kingsley Shacklebolt, announced today that the Ministry would be hosting a Charity Ball, as they have been doing every year since 2000. The ball will be held on the 24th of December in the Grande Hall in Hogsmeade, with refreshments, live performances (rumour has it the Weird Sisters will be on hand!), and dancing from 7:30 PM until midnight.

Money collected, from ticket sales and donations, will be given to St. Mungo's and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Tickets are ten sickles, get them before they run out!

"We look forward to this event, it is always a great success and I'm happy to say that this one may have the best attendance yet," Minister Shacklebolt said confidently.

Attire is semi-formal, a limited number of tickets will be available at the door but you're encouraged to purchase in advance!


All You Need is a character-development and relationship focused game, and as compliant to the epilogue as we can have it. You can come alone or bring a friend. We want to see how characters have grown and evolve. How children were born, how marriages were made. We know where they ended up, but we want to know how they got there.
