Urgh! Anyone seen my muse lately? I've switched my default icon to a boot p0rn image in the hopes of luring him home.

I have not written in days. I cannot seem to focus. Tonight, I posed for silly pictures. Translation, hubby took pics of me giving the cat a pedicure and her medicine.

How is everyone else doing? Should I post a teaser in my IJ for you to read and laugh at?

Awfully, horribly behind too. Feeling like it's all boring and never will be anything but. So you're not the only one feeling stuck. Stress over impending exams is not helping... *sigh*

Would prompts help? Sometimes I find that it helps to go off and write something different, too.

Prompts might help. I did get away from the block last night. I'm now up to a whopping 8287 words. :D

You should go check out the prompts thread here, or even go to the one at the Nano forums. You never know what might bite. :D

Glad you manged to get past it. I've managed 2600 words today myself so far. Still behind, though. But I finished another of my stories, and am on the third, so that's something, right? :D

Getting other stories written is definetly a form of success. Maybe if I write up a Snucius the muse will cooperate.

I need to write a letter of complaint. I got my bills caught up and the checkbook balanced. So the day was not a total waste

Oh, man, I totally know what you mean. Haven't touched my own fic in days. In fact, I've been avoiding the internet, because I know I'll just feel guilty for doing something besides nano-work on the computer. But, it seems that you've got your muse back, so hope that you'll stay on a roll. If it's any motivation, just keep thinking about the good/yummy/juicy/etc. parts you wanna get to. ;p
