Her laughter echoed throughout the room, and his eyes trailed her. She was fascinating; always had been. Her red hair tumbled down her back in loose ringlets, carefree and entertaining - the perfect indication of her personality. A silver mask hid the top of her face, but he'd have known her anywhere. He'd been studying her since he had been twelve, after all. She'd been small and reserved, then, before she realized her own strength.
Her eyes lit upon him, and she moved over to him, snaking a hand up into his hair. The party seemed to fade away, with all its garish Halloween decorations and costumes. There were only the two of them as she kissed him.
He didn't remember moving to an apparition point - rather, the next thing he remembered was the frantic disrobing, the press of body against body. He savored each moment, especially the moments where she shivered and cried out his name. He noted every sensation as he thrust into her, not wanting to forget a moment. He wanted this to last forever.
"Ginny," he murmured, pressing his forehead to hers.
She arched against him as she came. "I love you, Neville Longbottom."
"I love you too, Ginny Longbottom."
