Thanks! As to Harry, he might at some point be disposed to forgiveness and reconciliation, but this wasn't the time. He hadn't been having an easy night (and, as Millicent noted so perspicaciously--though not tactfully--he was going through a bit of a rough patch in his personal affairs). He and his friends also haven't had an amicable relationship with Millicent, and, if the Epilogue is to be believed, the bias against Slytherins never entirely goes away. All in all, not a favourable combination that night.
