What a terrific concluding story for this fest! I loved the characterization of Petunia here; really, this is one of only two stories I've ever read, where she comes alive for me in a way that is both compatible with canon and also sympathetic. Terrific details throughout here, in terms of magical theory and how the wizarding world functions in areas we haven't seen before. And I adored Augusta Longbottom and Filius here. Those are two people you ONLY see through a very curtailed Harry POV here, and the ways in which they're shown from the standpoint of another adult are note-perfect.
