Welcome to hp_april_fools, a fic/art exchange for HP fans- a fest with a foolish twist.

April is a time of deviancy: of causing mayhem, acting out, doing things you wouldn't normally do, save for the excuse of the First of April.

For the second year in a row, we give you a dedicated month-long Fest for it:

hp_april_fools , an exchange where the fics will be written by artists and the art created by authors. And for those lucky few talented enough at both? Two words: new medium.

Why, you ask? Why not, we ask back. Can you celebrate April Fools by becoming one? Can you surprise us with unplumbed depths? Can you handle the risk?

We say, the only real fool is the one who doesn't try.
