While I did love the bit originally about Spike going across dimensions to find his way back to Buffy, this is better I think. In the other version I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was afraid of how he kept thinking he was fooling them all that he might be something other than the true Spike. A thing that was using him with him deep inside trying to fight his battle to against what was using him. Kudagirl
