oh, thank god. i'm really hoping that finally, finally they're both sensible. although i have this sinking suspicion that you will pull a turnaround on us, as you're so awfully good at!

i love the way you handle faith here, both her perspective on angel and the way she tries to do the right thing with spike, in a crude way that is the best she would know.

i'm worried about buffy, though. if spike does let her down, she is so dependent that i don't know what will happen. i also worry that part of what spike fell in love with about her was her independence and strength, and that showing him how needy she is when he's trying to make up his mind will drive him away from her, as we sort of already see happening.
