If I knew how to make pretty graphics, I would make y`all a little something in honor of today and its infinite fun-ness. Alas, I don't know how, not even the slightest bit, so you guys will just have to settle for me wishing y`all a Happy Halloween!

Welcome to your weekly Heroes-Monday report, Heroic!
As I have now advertised on several comms, I'd like to make sure things are pretty and orderly for any potential guests to our site. So please let's make sure that you:
1) Use your neighborhood Friends button
2) Put up some sort of bio in your jounals' profiles. Doesn't have to be anything fancy: just, at least, name, age, affiliation, location, and their ability. Maybe a small background. Just so that new players (and myself) know what we've got going on here.
There is a new activity rule looming on the horizon. We have the responsibility of keeping this place going, all of us together. With all of our combined characters, let's see if we can get 3 new tags and 2 new posts done this week. I'll keep track.

If we get moving along at a good pace again--who would be interested in having another set of roleplay awards?
Colleen is currently having a totally unfairly hectic life right now. She is exempt from the activity rules while people have to un-soot her apartment and as long as she and Gina continue to OOC coordinate about their needed posts.
I don't want to be hard on ya guys or spam you all unnecessarily; but I'm really excited to keep Heroic alive and I hope you are too! You're a great group, I don't know where else I would get my fix with this same level of awesome. So please hang in there, and don't plan my elaborate and painful death if I email you obnoxious reminders.

Please begin posting on that thread asap! Nikki/Trevor are making a deposit. Noah may be, too. Brooke is there depositing her pay check.
The above are suggestions.
But we'd like to see posts there begin by Midnight Eastern on Thursday 10/23. Yes, that's about 23 1/2 hours from the time this is being posted. Why? Because it's been up for several days.
Don't make me sic the bad mod on ya! ;-)

I didn't want to do this. I really, really, really didn't. But I'm afraid I'm going to have to leave ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) heroic_essence. I thought by writing out Heidi, I would be down to where I could handle things. But the more that goes on, and the further I go, the more I realize that I just can't keep up. Angela's an extremely plot-involved character, and it isn't fair to anyone for me to hold onto her and not let her be played to her fullest. It isn't fair to hold onto a character that is so needed, when I can't keep up. Between school, my extra lessons, junior recital, and tutoring, I don't have a lot of time where I'm actually free to play. Also, more serious than that, is the fact that my health has taken a severe decline, and a lot of the time I have to play, I don't feel like doing more than just curling up. So it's just not a good idea for me to draw things out, and hold onto an important character that could make or break a plotline.

Oh, by the way, I've picked up the character of Elle. She's completely new to me ( and a little loopy, so wrapping my head around her might be a challenge ), so please be kind! I'll hopefully improve the more I play her. Just gotta get in some practice first. I feel sorry for the poor soul that gets stuck with me in that scene. Which leads to ...
If anyone would like to do a thread involving Elle, let me know! I'm open to all sorts of ideas seeing as how I don't have any specific plans of my own yet.
Of course I'm always open to plottage with either of my other characters too if that's more convenient for whatever you have in mind, just trying to get Elle into the mix. I think my other two ( Nathan and Brooke ) have some pretty good storylines going on - or about to. Trying to sprinkle a little sunshine into our resident sociopath's life. Hey! Everyone's entitled to a little fun, right?

So my dear friend Miko suggested I flag you down here to either get everything sorted out via back-and-forth comments or snatch your e-mail address. Either way works for me - just needed to know a few things before I post on the bank thread. I have a couple of addresses that I think are yours ( or could be yours ), but it's been so long that I decided not to chance it. I'd hate to write the wrong person.

So . . . AIM is officially a doucheweasel. In case you haven't noticed, my normal AIM name, empathic destiny, isn't signed on.
Yeah, it's stopped working. I can't access it, because AIM hates me, and so I've had to switch. Thankfully I have another name, and it's going to be my name for all of my games, from now on.
