helpscreening was originally a community that people who wished to get more involved with InsaneJournal, especially Support, could go and learn more about common problems and ways to solve them, as well as get input on their answers and what could be improved and what was done correctly.

I believe occasionally it offered trouble-shooting ideas for users who cared to search through memories (easy things such as places to find hexidecimal color codes) but it was very clearly not a place to come to ask questions.

So, when someone wants to talk about an issue that doesn't belong in Support, this is a good community to otherwise go to.

By any chance, does anyone remember where helpscreening was referenced elsewhere on the website?
