Week Twenty-Two: Friday
Who: Cissy and Simon
What: A date
When: Friday Evening
Where Here and there

Cissy had intentionally not given Simon a time or even a date as to when they were going out. She had only told him the weekend, nothing more and nothing less. And the weekend had officially started so... the time was now. She knocked on his door, loud and yet quick, tapping her foot against the floor as she waited for him to answer. Turnabout was fair play, correct?

"Hello, Sunshine. I've come for our date." She said once the door was opened, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "Oh my my, that outfit won't do at all! You better change. I won't look." She slipped into his room and closed the door behind her, turning her back towards him, facing the door. "Wear something that looks nice yet is also comfortable. And hurry up. I can't wait all night!" She snickered.

He had done this same exact thing to her just a few weeks ago, and now it was her to turn to turn it around on him. Of course he had no idea what she had in store for him. Truth be told, she wasn't even sure. This weekend was going to be fun though. She was going to see to that. She wanted to just kind of go with the flow, see where the night, and the following day, and the next night, and the day after that, took them. Yes, she had every intention of keeping him ALL WEEKEND LONG. And he was going to love every minute of it.

Cissy herself was dressed down a little, actually wearing jeans though her top had a few sequins to spice it up a bit. She wore boots, minus the heels so she wouldn't be taller than Simon, and she had her hair swept up loosely in a hair claw, a few stray curls framing her face. She wore very little makeup for a change, just the basics, eyeliner and lip gloss, and the only jewelry she had on was a black beaded bracelet and the ring that Simon had bought for her.

"Almost done, handsome?" Cissy asked, stealing a glance over her shoulder. She blew a kiss at him and then giggled as she turned her face back towards the door. "I'm starting to get impatient, Simon."

Cissy may not have had a plan, but anything she decided on would be considered an adventure to Simon. He'd been raised in one town, had gone to only one school system, and hadn't left his home for his entire life. He did not travel, he did not take risks or do anything remotely daring. Cissy's #1 concern for the weekend should not be what they were doing, but whether or not Simon could handle all the excitement.

Simon agreed that puzza was fine, and then he saw the cab. "What, no limo?" he teased as he opened Cissy's door for her. (Because he was a gentleman and besides, he knew she would be expecting it.) Although he'd been teasing her, just riding in the cab had him impressed. He'd never gone anywhere where some form of transportation had been waiting just for him. He climbed in beside Cissy, slipping his arm around her waist before settling comfortably into the seat. Simon didn't know where Cissy told the driver to go, but then again he didn't know many places on the island yet. But he was certain that, in time, Cissy would have taken him everywhere.

He was going to ask her what happened after dinner, but thought better of it. Everything would come in due time, and maybe what Cissy had planned was supposed to be a surprise. Besides, right now he needed to focus on that little crook in Cissy neck that needed kissing, which he promtply saw to.

"Well, I actually tried to rent a limo for the weekend but.. apparently there aren't any on the island at all." Cissy said, though she was entirely full of shit and she gave herself away when she laughed. "Don't be silly, Simon. We're not going to prom." She rolled her eyes playfully and then snuggled in against him once he was inside the car.

"Have I told you lately how much I adore every single thing I know about you so far?" Cissy asked a few moments after the cab ride was set into motion and his lips had found the crook of her neck where they deliciously teased her skin. And she was being honest. So far, there was nothing she didn't like about him and she hoped that he felt the same way.

The cab ride to the pizza place didn't take very long and they were seated right away. Now it was time to debate toppings. "So... I will eat pretty much anything you want on it." Even though she didn't really like meat. "Or, well, we could get like.. half and half?" But then again, could she even eat half? "Or maybe just like.. three fourths and one quarter." She suggested with a laugh.

"I just want veggies. I don't want any meat." She thought about how that sounded and smirked. "Well," She began. "Not on my pizza at least." She paused for a moment to give him time to get it and then she laughed, catching her lower lip with her teeth to tug upon it slightly.

"So I still haven't figured out what we're going to do tonight but I did get you a present." She then reached into her purse to get out the fake id that was expertly crafted. "This way, whatever it is we end up doing, we can do it all the way." He could pass for twenty-two, right? It wasn't like there weren't plenty of races on this island that looked exceptionally young even when they weren't.

At first, Simon believed Cissy about her limo lie. And then he felt a little bad- here he was teasing her about it, and she had tried her best and he was rubbing it in her face. But when she started laughing, he relaxed. "I've never been to a prom," he told her. "I missed my junior one, and it looks like I'm gonna miss my senior one, too..." His voice faded off. It wasn't that big a deal, not really. But it was the kind of thing he'd always imagined doing. A normal teenage thing. Now that he was at Halcyon, he felt he'd be missing a lot of normal teenage activities.

Once they sat down in the pizzaria, Simon waited for Cissy to decide what they would be eating. He was surprised when she suggested he order what he wanted, but still he said nothing. Cissy was not the type of girl who didn't have any opinions, and that proved true when she confessed her preference for not meat. And Cissy was smart to pause after the innuendo... for a minute, he didn't get it. And then he did, and he blushed.

Simon was about to tell Cissy that veggies were fine on pizza, so long as there were no onions. But instead she told him about his present, and he waited eagerly for it. When she handed to card to him, his eyes widened. "Wow," he said, impressed. "Where did you get this?" He took the card and turned it over a few times, looking for flaws and finding none. "I tried to get one awhile ago," he confessed, "but I couldn't figure out how." After inspecting his new ID a bit more, Simon grinned. "So, are we heading to the strip club later or what?"

He really had missed out on a lot, and would miss out on plenty not being at a normal high school living a normal life. Then again, she had missed out on a lot too. The only reason she had ever gone to a prom was because she had made a point to get invited to one. She didn't go to a real school therefore there had been no real prom for her. Sad times. She probably would have been Queen if she had. Though that did give her an idea for later on down the road. Perhaps Halcyon should have a prom if for no other reason than the fact that Cissy didn't want her Simon to miss out on anything.

"I called in a favor. Spoke to a friend who knew a guy. You know." She gave a small shrug of her shoulders. And then she gasped, looking utterly offended. "Simon! The only stripper you're going to see is me, thank you very much." She smirked a little and then she laughed as she chewed on her lower lip. "I thought we might head down to the Pit and Loft tonight." She gave a small shrug of her shoulders. "If you want to. I mean.. it would be something new for you and.. Well.. I don't want you to be bored with me."

Cissy- the entire concept of Cissy- was completely overwhelming. Here was a girl with enough confidence and beauty to stop traffic, yet she somehow could believe that Simon would ever tire of her. It was inconceivable.

"Bored with you?" he asked, actually appalled. "My love, how could I ever get bored with you? Every time I turn around you're doing something different and new and wonderful. And you never stop doing it, either. I'm lucky I can catch my breath around you." He smiled a little, leaned over and kissed her cheek gently. "Though I may take you up on that stripper idea," he teased.

"Let's see, what were we on before we decided you're taking off your clothes?" He giggled, because he couldn't help it. He'd never been this coy before, never this overtly flirty. He'd never been allowed to. All this newfound freedom was certainly going to his head. "Ah yes, pizza. Veggies are fine, though no onions, please." He was easy to please when it came to food. Heck, he was easy to please pretty much all the time. "And I think the Loft would be fun. I've never been anywhere like that. It might be interesting."
