Week Eighteen: Friday
Who: Evelyn and Xander
Where: Music Club, and then the Pit
When: Friday Late Afternoon/Evening

It had been a busy week at school, which was probably a good thing in the end. Lyn preferred to be occupied than not. And she'd met some interesting new people, and that was saying the least. Last night had been so relaxing though, especially after all the activity of the festival the day before that. She'd had the chance to indulge in a bath. The water had been cool, a nice and stark contrast to the recent weather. She had drifted off with the gentle laps of the water up to her chest. The book she had brought with her was forgotten as she dozed in and out.

Even so, when she was able to tuck herself in that night from her bathing, she found her dreams became a little more than they were before. Truly as if she had drifted outside of herself, and when she awoke she didn't exactly feel rested. As if she would have done as well just staying up all night. So vivid. It felt so real. She was half-distracted most of the day in class, and tired to the point that she was tempted to beg off. But the day actually went by fairly fast. And who couldn't muster the energy to at least get through the last day of classes for the week?

The music club meeting at the end of the day went on as planned. After the 'business' at hand she smiled and nodded as everyone else began to filter out, getting ready for their own weekends. And meanwhile Lyn looked across the room to the one other person that had planned on lingering as well. A bright red blush touched her cheeks as she actually watched Xander for the first time the entire meeting. It wasn't that she'd deliberately avoided him, but she was careful not to gaze at him too closely.

Finally, she stood, picking herself up as she moved over to him. Even so, she couldn't hide the yawn that came unbidden to her lips. "Excuse me," she said not wanting him to think it reflected on the activity at hand. She wasn't bored, just a little tired. "So. Did you finish that sheet music? Or have you been too occupied since Monday to really care," she smiled.

It had definitely been one of those weeks where things just kept coming and going all week long. And it definitely kept him busy. With the song stuck in his head, if he wasn’t out surfing trying to relax his mind, or busy doing homework. Homework was always a good thing, something he didn’t miss from his old days in college. Didn’t miss it one little bit. But, this was a school, and as a result, he had to put up with it again. But, at least it had been a light week so far. Right up until Friday, which was a good thing for him.

It at least gave him extra time to work on his music, which was what he had been focused upon all week as well. That, and the few women he had agreed to spend time with. A guy had to eat, after all. It had even proven to be a bit fruitful as well. But come Friday, none of those were what had him refreshed and full of energy. No, that was something else all together. He knew he was going to get in trouble for it eventually, but he was enjoying it for the moment. Poor Evelyn, and those very vivid dreams of hers. He enjoyed them quite a bit.

He enjoyed her dreams almost as much as he enjoyed that blush of her cheeks, and the fact that she had avoided even looking at him for the entire duration of the day. Both in class, and in the club as well. Xander knew he was having just the right effect on her, just by that shade in her cheeks. But, he didn’t push the point. He didn’t try to engage her in talk, or even look at her all that often. Nope, let her think everything was on her end, it made the rest all that much easier.

After the club, he sat back and waited as he stretched out his shoulders a bit. When she did finally did approach him, he grinned at her a bit. “Not sleeping well? Nothing to blush about.. it happens from time to time you know..” he said with a chuckle and a shake of his head. “And no, I didn’t finish it, but I’ve got a good chunk of it.” He reached down to a folder that had been to the side of his desk-chair, and held it up toward her. “Bless computers, and their ability to record music.” He winked once at her, even as he did let his gaze wander for a brief moment.

At least someone was full of energy and well rested. Xander was right. If the young woman had any idea of what was truly going on, he would indeed find himself in trouble. As it was, she was part embarrassed to have had such dreams about a boy she only met that previous week. And part guilty because they weren't exactly displeasing.

As she thought about just how enjoyable it had been, that brought a image to her head and another flush to her cheeks. Evelyn shook her head without realizing it, Focus. Don't be so silly.

Xander's question sunk in a moment later than it should have, and she nodded. "No...actually, yes," she took a second and gave an almost sly smile. It was funny to think she might actually have a leg up on the Incubus, a secret she only knew that he didn't. Why should she be so intimidated by someone she's seen (dreamed) without their clothes on? So she tried to relax herself by having some fun with it. "That is, I've been sleeping really well. Just haven't been getting as much of it as I need."

She reached out to take the folder from his hand, glancing at his face for a moment before turning her attention to the sheets. It didn't take but a moment for her to get the cadence and the rhythm, she hummed softly to herself some of the measures, pausing to think, and another nod of her head with the beat as she heard it in her ears.

"This is really impressive," she said, not taking her eyes from the pages. "You're very good. I have some ideas that you could use if you want, I think you're nearly finished."

“Sleep is the one gift from the Holy that even us Unholy can agree with.” Xander said with a chuckle and an arched eyebrow as he regarded her for a moment. “Hopefully you get more, or better.. one of the two I guess.” He added with a grin. He let his eyes look her over for a moment, before they returned to her own. Granted , that color in her cheek was one that he fully enjoyed.

There was another thought going through his mind as well. Even though he had seen her dreamself without clothes on, he wondered how much of it was accurate. People always thought themselves to be more or less than they were. With women, its was always their breasts a little bigger and fuller, their hips a little smaller.. it all made him wonder just how much of the dreams were accurate. Something he would have to figure out soon enough, he thought.

When she took the booklet out of his hands, and studied it, he let his eyes wander again. With her attention so fully on the notebook, after all, it was much easier to give her much more attention. He could, after all, always pass it off as being attentive to just what she was going to say about his music, since it was more than just a hobby for him. For Xander, music actually was a lifestyle.

At her words, he couldn’t help but laugh and shake his head. “Why thank you. But, I’m nowhere near finished. With the guitar part, perhaps.. but after this I need to figure out drums.. whether or not another guitar playing something but similar would enhance the music… then there’s songwriting..” he just grinned at her. No, in his mind, the song wasn’t anywhere near done.

Unholy? Well, what else would a demon term himself. That was really only fair considering. The young woman looked up at him, tilting her head just slightly. She met his eyes only a moment before concentrating on the paper again. She couldn't help him with the song if she couldn't even look at him.

Her own self-image was a bit unique that way, she didn't see herself as more, maybe even a bit lesser. Save for the fact that in her minds eye, she tended to be more fae. Her skin especially held that much more of a shimmer to it. But that was up to Xander to maybe one day find out what was accurate and what was her own fantasy.

"You do the simultaneous arrangements yourself? Impressive." She flipped through the last page and then looked up, again catching his eyes but this time, deliberately trying to keep on meeting them. "I think maybe I can tackle this a little over the weekend, do you have a copy of the recording? Maybe you can give me an idea of the arrangement you had in mind if you have time tonight."

Because maybe if she spent more time with him, she'd find his presence a little less...disruptive.

Considering that holy items hurt them, and they were former angels tossed out of hell, Unholy was a good enough term for them to use on themselves. Not that he really minded. God, and the other holy powers wanted too much of a strict routine to their actions for his taste. No, he was far happier with the simple lifestyle being an evil demon provided. Health benefits just weren’t as good in the long run.

Hers might not be all that different than reality, though his would be in some small part. Men always had certain beliefs about themselves that exaggerated them just a little bit. Something he was more than aware of, but not a belief he ever tried to fix when he was in other people’s minds. Some day perhaps, but not just yet.

“You really can’t call yourself a musician if you can’t write music for the instruments you play.” Xander said with a chuckle and a shrug as he regarded the music for a moment, before he turned a grin up toward her. “And I do play the drums too. So I tend to write music for both, guys in my band are great, but they don’t really have an ear for creating things.” Whereas an imaginative demon just might.

“Didn’t you want to go check out the new club tonight?” he asked with a grin and a tilt of his head. “The Pit opens up tonight. Should be crowded as all Hell, no pun intended. Though, I think you’d have to change if we were to go.”

Alright, point. Still, Evelyn wasn't entirely sure she was comfortable with that particular thought. There wasn't much misunderstanding of folklore when it come to the pesky creatures that were Xander's race. They were evil, at varying levels. But still, this one...the only one she's ever met...seemed to buck those notions. Maybe not everything was so entirely true.

"Some people do play by ear," she smiled, closing up the folder. "But when I write music, I have my usual suspects I like to use." But her ensemble capabilities were perhaps limited. Then again, she's never been in a band, so it never really had to be. But she was a talented composer. So given time....

Evelyn looked up at the demon, "Tonight?" She did remember hearing something about that. Didn't Vivian say something about the club having some sort of Grand Opening this week? "I almost forgot...." She glanced to Xander and looked away. She should say 'no'. Go back to Terrene House and do her homework while watching some old movies.

"I'd love to," she found herself saying. She looked down at herself and nodded. "Yeah...I probably should." And a shower. A cold one. "Maybe given me an hour? I can put this stuff away and get ready."

It wasn’t so much that Xander was evil, but then again evil wasn’t something more or less attributed to most stories about his particular type of demon. Amoral, certainly, but that in and of itself wasn’t evil. They were more the corruptors of the demon world, feeding off the very act of luring others into their world of depravity. And, that was so very true of this particular demon as well.

“Those people just play though, they don’t sit down and write music.” He said with a chuckle and a shrug of his shoulders, even as he tilted his head slightly to regard the woman again. “I agree. When I do write, its always for the guitar. Its only when I really feel a song coming on, rather than just a riff or solo, that I really sit down to try and cover all aspects. I’m good with the drums.. but seriously, nowhere near as good as I am with the guitar. And I usually end up paying someone to write me out a vocal.”

He inclined his head slightly. “Yeah, tonight is the grand opening. Supposed to be the big hula, or whatever that term is. Having been to Hell, no pun intended of course, I’m almost scared to see how they’ve ruined it. It really was a great place to sneak someone off into the corner and just let go.” He winked once at her.

“An hour? That works. We can either take a cab, or my truck if you prefer. I need to change anyway.” He wasn’t exactly in club dress after all.

He didn’t respond to her remark about going camping. Not at first anyway. Instead, the young demon just grinned and disappeared into the crowd as he worked on getting the drinks. But, it wasn’t too difficult for him to find out just where she had gone. One just had to walk along the line of booths until he spotted the one she had taken. Of course, the very act of checking the booths gave him a few visions he was gonna be feasting on soon enough.

He did find her quickly enough, however, as he settled into the booth with the tray he had expertly moved across with. He used to perform in clubs, after all, they were his natural habitat, one of the spots he felt most at home within. “Hope you like beer.” He said toward her, as he shifted himself back further into the booth so it would muffle the sound enough he wouldn’t have to shout all the time. “None of the shots are the same, though. Hell, I don’t even know what half of them are, told the lady at the bar to surprise me.” Which, likely meant they were strong. An intelligent person didn’t tell the bartender to surprise them unless they wanted to be drunk.

“Babe, you wouldn’t want to go up into the woods with me.” He said with a laugh once she was close enough to him. “Stalker demon dude, remember? I’d try to make sure you didn’t get out of our tent for the whole trip.” Not that it was a bad thought, but he was sure it wasn’t what she meant in the end. Not just yet anyway. “Although, you’d likely be seriously cute in a hiking outfit.”

He reached for his beer as he turned his attention toward the dance floor and he watched the dancers. Then, his gaze wandered over toward the strippers on the stage, and he watched their motions about the stage, and the first couple of pole dances. “Dirty little fae..” he teased as he glanced back toward her. “Knew you wanted to watch the strippers dancing too… So totally going to get you a lapdance before we leave.”

Lyn looked up, watching Xander's approach from at least a comfort of relative darkness. As he moved closer, she looked back down at the table, as if she hadn't been paying attention at all. Once there, she looked up with a smile, helping him place the tray. "I like it alright," she said. She reached for the drink and took a cautionary sip as if trying to decipher what it could be. It was dark and had a good taste. So, just fine with her. "I'm not really an expert, but it tastes good."

She laughed a bit at his mandate to the bartender. Yes. He just put them both at risk, but that did sound fun. "I wouldn't?" She grinned, a little confidence showing in the gesture. "You act as if I should be afraid of you." She tapped the rim of her glass. "You've hardly shown yourself to be a stalker and believe me, I can take care of myself."

Evelyn followed his gaze to the strippers, watching them for a moment. But at his comment, her mouth dropped open. "Dirty?" She smirked, picking up a shot. "You got a lot of nerve, demon boy." She gestured at the array before them. "Why don't you put up or shut up," she saluted, "And we can play guess the shot."

“Oh, I’m sure you can. Take care of yourself that is.” Xander said with a smirk as he reached forward to take his own beer in his hand and take a sip from it. If nothing else, it would tell him just how good it was going to be as a chaser. But, he figured the people at the bar knew just what they were doing. “Oh, not afraid of me. Not like I’m going to eat you up for dinner. Though, I do plan on a taste.” He winked once at her.

Then, he grinned a bit. “After all, I never promised to behave. No telling who’s bed you just might wake up in tomorrow.” He glanced down at his beer again and took another drink from it. “Though, you are right, that does taste good.” Her next words only brought a snort from the demon as he glanced back toward her, and he arched an eyebrow. “Oh, we’re gonna be like that.” He said with a smirk as his attention shifted back toward the shots.

“For that, I’m going to make sure the stripper I get to dance for you.. totally makes out with you too.” It might sound like he was joking, but then again, was he? He reached forward to pick out his own shot as he grinned a bit more. “Bottoms up…” he said as he tossed his head back and finished off the shot, quickly taking a gulp from his beer. “Damn, that shits good…” he said with a cough. Must’ve been a strong one.

Evelyn smirked, leaning back against the booth. "I wouldn't dream of putting myself in the buffet line that you have here. So much more to explore and sample I'm sure." Then she tilted her head, "Would I even know if you...tasted...me?" She glanced from the stage to the dancefloor of people moving, grinding, and she didn't want to think what that could possibly be doing the way they were moving in the shadows. This place was really trying to live up to it's rep. Maybe it did have the makings of a fae party, just tinged differently.

"My own," she assured him effortlessly, though the thought came unbidden to her that maybe it wouldn't be such a dreadful fate if she somehow didn't. And thoughts like that were dangerous. She tilted her beer at him in salute as he agreed with her evaluation. "It is like that," she smiled.

Her own shot had gone smoothly down her throat. It had a strange taste to it. Not a burning sensation, but a cooling one. Almost icy as it traced it's way through her. No need for a chaser, it was good on her own. "It's something," she thought aloud. "Maybe you should be the one with the stripper. You're more experienced with a woman than I am. Maybe I should get you the dance." Really, he was more experienced at everything than she was considering she had only ever been with one man...elf....

She pushed another shot toward him, "Here. Have another. You'll need it for when you go up on stage to show your good." She picked up another shot, examining it. "You do know how to show a girl a good time."

“Right now, I wouldn’t even know if I tasted you.” The demon said with a chuckle and a shrug of his shoulders. “So much in the air that it overwhelms my taste senses.” Of course, while she wouldn’t know it, it made her relatively safe. When he fed, it would be from everyone, so only a little would be taken from any one person. “And aww… you wouldn’t want to feed a hungry demon?” he asked with a grin and a wink.

“Yours works too.” He said with another grin before he shrugged his shoulders. “Don’t get too drunk on me now.. wouldn’t want to have to carry you out of here.. that wouldn’t look too good for my rep, now would it?” he teased before he reached out to grab himself the shot she offered. “I should, I was taught by one of the best.” Oh yeah, who should know better on how to seduce a woman than a succubus, right? It was something that always amused him that humans never thought that. Women really weren’t as strange as most men made them out to be, after all.

“Oh, no. I’ve been to strip clubs, and I’ve seduced strippers. Though, in truth, that’s not that hard to do. You’re the virgin here.” Oh, there was that smirk there as he tossed his head back and finished off that shot. He just sat there and smiled for a moment, before he lowered his eyes and glanced back toward his Fae companion. “Oh, I think it’s time to bust that particular cherry then. Shall I go get a dancer for you? Then, after she’s got you all worked up.. you can drag me out onto the dance floor and show me how that hot body of yours can really move.”

Not sure if that was a comforting thought or not, Lyn watched Xander for a moment. "At least some things can be a mystery then," she smiled. Though it occurred to her that he didn't quite answer the question. At his own question to her, she arched an eyebrow. She really and truly seemed to think about it for a moment. Her initial thought was no way. But the otherwordly nature that was also her's couldn't help but wonder what that might very well be like. What would it mean to feed an Incubus? "I ...don't think so." But it sounded weak even to her own ears.

"Bottoms up," she lifted her shot, changing the subject. She needed more time to think, or was that less? Something else to think about. She downed the shot quickly and it tasted like night and day. She actually winced, taking in a quick breath. She took a drink from her beer and made another face. She wasn't sure what that was, but she won't have another. "Don't worry," she cleared her throat. "I'll be fine." That was her plan in any case.

Once Lyn was sufficiently recovered, she looked the boy over again. "Oh? And who taught you?" Maybe she needed to be ware that she wasn't one of the potential strippers. As she took another sip of her beer, Lyn nearly choked as he said she was a virgin. She wiped her mouth with a napkin, "Funny," she smirked. As he continued his analogy, she just chuckled lightly. "I think I'm undeserving of your impression of me." Despite her unfortunate tendency to blush.

"You want to get me a dancer?" She shrugged, lifting her drink up to her lips. "Feel free." As she regarded him over the rim of the glass. "Be careful what you wish for."

When Lyn seemed to make her decision, Amber seemed to be quite amused by her final words. Her hand would tighten on Lyn’s neck just enough to turn her attention toward her, and she would then lean forward just enough to brush her lips against the fae’s in a soft kiss. “Your loss, honey.” She said with that soft, sultry voice of hers. “I’ll just have to seduce you some other time. I’m sure, with hands like those, you’ll just be loads of fun.” She would grind her hips down one last time against Lyn’s, before she rose to stand up. She would only linger long enough to button her shirt back up, smooth her skirt, and with a last “Catch ya next time, handsome.” She was out into the crowd once again.

Xander shook his head a little bit and laughed after the stripper was gone, and he glanced back toward Lyn. “Got it all wrong, babe. You got more than your money’s worth.” Of course, the stripper had also left without getting any money from the demon, so that must’ve changed hands before he even brought her down to the half Fae. “I’ve had lap dances after all.”

He then grinned a bit as he took another gulp from his beer, before his attention wandered away from Lyn and out into the club itself as he regarded the dance floor. Then, with an almost deliberate slowness, he turned his gaze back toward Evelyn, and that smile slowly widened. “You still want to dance? You’re looking a little flushed.. I wouldn’t want you to over tax yourself tonight…” Oh yeah, there was a challenge in his words there. He didn’t think she was going to dance with him.

"Oh, I'm well aware...." Lyn said after the woman broke the brief kiss, even as she liked the lingering sensation of those lips. She half-smiled as Amber assured her she'd just have to be seduced another time. Hopefully no time soon. Lyn wasn't sure she could take it about now. She sighed after a moment, leaning her head back. So that was a real lapdance. "Actually...." Lyn raised her head and smirked. "I got your money's worth." She tilted her head, looking to Amber as she left. "So that's your typical lapdance?" Now she knew why men liked these places.

She still felt a little light headed. And more than a little tingly. She wanted to make her way to the restroom, but the crowd was thick and she didn't want to fight through it or search it out. So she leaned forward instead, putting her head into her hands as the alcohol made its way through her system. Good stuff. But she definitely didn't need any more.

"Hmm?" At first, Xander's words didn't quite penetrate the fog. Then she smirked, straightening in her seat. "Maybe I should be asking how up to it you are?" She deliberately looked him over and paused here and there over him. For once, she didn't care if he noticed her. "Are you worried about me, or about embarrassing yourself after watching that little...show." She stood up and gave the demon her hand. "You owe me one."

“No, you got a little more than typical.” Xander said with a chuckle and a shake of his head. “Women on women dances.. tend to be a lot more physical than with guys.” He winked once as he took her hand and pulled her close to him, even as he smiled at her. “They’re not always so touchy feely with guys, but I think she liked you. She definitely got this look in her eye all of a sudden.”

He then laughed at her jest, even as his free hand went down to straighten out his pants a little. “Incubus, darlin’, Incubus.” He then let his tongue slide along his lips to wet them, even as he looked her over again, and he gave her a smug grin. “I don’t rightly care who sees just how.. interested that little show made me. Any guy who didn’t get excited watching the two of you… has to be gay.” He winked at her then.

Before she really could answer, he turned around, and with her hand still in his lead her out into the dance floor. He would not settle for the edge, no, not for this particular demon. He would push his way through the crowd, not really seeming to notice or mind that the density only increased the closer he got to the middle. But, he would get as close as he could to the middle, where the bodies began to get packed together before he would stop and turn to face her once again.

"Sometimes I forget...." Evelyn says out loud, though barely loud enough to be heard with the throbbing of the music. She knew he was an Incubus, but it seemed like a random label. He hadn't grown fangs. No bat-like wings. He hadn't tried to steal her soul in the night. A sex demon who didn't need sex. What was the world coming to really. "Somehow I'm not shocked. You don't seem like the shy type, Xander." But her words were very likely swallowed in the increase of noise and jostling couples, groups, and movement.

She had to navigate carefully behind him, tightly clutching his hand. The place was only getting more and more crowded as the night went on. She had to squeeze past and in-between those who had carved out their own little spaces. And it did seem to get denser and hotter with the press of bodies. There was a blast of cool air from above; a fan that spread out the blast from the air conditioning that was working to its breaking point.

As Xander stopped and turned, she moved up closer to him as she avoided a trio that decided to make their brunette friend the meat in their blonde sandwich. The music all flowed together in a near seamless fashion, and it provided an easy flow. "Your kind of music?" She didn't mind either way. She let her hands fall to his shoulders, letting her body press against his off center.

She let one of her arms fall down to her side, the other resting his arm as she moved, her legs positioned so that one of his fell between them allowing her some movement if in a limited motion. "I think your stripper friend was surprised...."

“Kind of hard to be the shy type when you’re running around the city playing for screaming crowds, don’t you think?” Xander asked when he had stopped on the dance floor and she was close enough for him to speak too. When her hands went around his neck, his grin only widened as his hands dropped down to his waist. Well, in truth, just a little lower than they really should have been.

“Oh yeah…” he said with a grin as his body began to move and sway, even as she pressed up against him, his body easily shifting and parting for hers. Even as her leg came to the ground between his, it didn’t seem to throw him off his stride one little bit. “This is the kind of music I thrive on..” he said toward her, even as those lips of his began to curl into a wry grin. “Don’t tell me you don’t like it? The way it courses through you.. makes you want to become one with the beat..” Leave it to the demon to start speaking of music as a living thing.

When her hand dropped, however, and her arm came to rest on his own, his own hands would begin to move as well. They would come off her body and lift into the air around her. Not quite touching, but enough to make a little shield around her while his body continued to move. He was no professional dancer, and had no real instruction in it, his body was quite graceful and lithe and his motions tended to flow fluidly from one to the next.

It was a living thing. A living, mesmorizing thing that seemed to dig into you and never let go. That was the danger of music to someone like her. Lyn did feel music, even so much that it was a weakness as well as a strength. She could only too easily get caught up in it and even literal enchantments. "I like it just fine," she found herself saying. "I can feel it," she let her hand trail away from his arm. "More than you know."

She turned around, giving Xander her back as she continued to move, matching her rhythm to the music. But she didn't lose track of him and body, reaching back behind her and finding him within her reach. She leaned back, smiling at him over her shoulder. "I've only seen your one song...unfinished...so I have no idea what you do or don't thrive on."

She was more relaxed and natural in her motion than even she might have been otherwise. A lightness in her head translating all the way to her feet. The feeling wasn't at all unpleasant, her skin feeling hot and cold at the same time. And with Xander so painfully close, the vivid memory of earlier dreams drifted into her thoughts.

He let his body lean against hers for a moment, even as he grinned at her. “That’s good.” He said as he nodded his head slightly. He didn’t need to be able to see that flush in her skin to be able to sense its presence. Now that he wasn’t being assaulted by everything so immediate in his area, he could tell the difference between her sense and those around her. Which, only made everything that much sweeter.

“And we don’t need a crowd to enjoy ourselves, do we?” he asked as his thumb brushed against her cheek once more, then his fingers slide behind her head, and into her hair as his eyes looked hers over for the longest moment. “I’ve wanted to do this since I first saw you in that dress…” Granted, that was only a few hours before at the most, but it made for a good line, right? The fingers in her hair would tighten for a moment, as the demon leaned down.

He pressed his lips against hers. Unlike before, however, this would not be a brief, or even a soft kiss. No, this one would be driven by all the lusts and desires that he had felt within the club. His lips would part against hers, his tongue would slip between them to tease her own if she allowed it. Xander’s other hand would slide down again, slipping around and against her ass as he pulled her tight against his body. And through, the relatively thin fabric of the suit pants, just how much he desired her would be easily felt against her body.

The feel of his body against her's only heightened her senses and desire. He'd be able to see and feel how readily it affected her. Her hands moved up to either side of his neck. She moved her face against his hand, enjoying the sensation of his fingers along her cheek. It was almost gentle. So easy to fall into that invitation, that sensation. She bit her lower lip, not able to take it any longer.

As she reached her breaking point, his hand tightened in her hair in nearly the same instant; her lips would crush against his as hs pressed her into a kiss. It was hungry, as if she would consume him from the inside out versus the other way around. The desire that she had built up from their first encounter and in-between flooding out now.

Her lips would part easily, her hands reaching up and into his hair, gripping there as she kept the kiss. Evelyn gasped into his mouth as he gripped her harder, tighter against him and she felt him, making her want it all the more. She broke the kiss just long enough to her her mouth touch his ear, her breath heavy. "I want you, Xander. Now... I want you."

It was, in his opinion, even better than it had been in the dreams. That tingling sensation that spread out from her lips onto his own only seemed to make everything that much more sensitive. And if there was anything that the demon enjoyed, it was new sensations. And this one definitely qualified. He decided, right then and there, that he would have to find some full blooded fae on the campus to bed, just to compare.

When she broke the kiss, however, and he felt her breath and words upon his ear, that smile returned to his lips. His hand caressed her ass for a moment, before his fingers moved down a little bit, and he tilted his head so that he could whisper back. “Right now?” He whispered, his own voice a little heavy from the kiss. “In the hallway?” His fingers would play with her dress, as he began to lift it. Though, he wouldn’t go far. While, he had no doubt they would have let him do whatever he wanted to her in the dark booths, out in the hallway, was a whole other story. Even if they allowed it, who knew who else might decide to join in.

“I know a hotel nearby.. with nice suites and a Jacuzzi for a bathtub..” he whispered. And then, the touch of his body was gone as he was stepping away from her. As he took her hand in his again, he would turn and begin to walk toward the exit, and his car. It was so very nice that the hotel wasn’t that far from the club. It would make the car trip that much more bearable.

Her dreams had been vivid enough, from the day after they met and most recently last night. Though the light-headedness that went along with the sensations coursing through her body and over her skin, the whole thing felt almost like a dream. She had been drinking, she hadn't eaten, and had barely slept at all. But it was good, intense. Much better than a dream. She may have consented to something then and there, if he'd said anything, but he thankfully seemed more in his right mind. And curbing her desire, she seemed to realize this wasn't the time or the place. Looking to the side, she tried to think for a moment.

But as Xander spoke his plan, she nodded. She didn't say a word, though as he pulled away, she let her hands trail from his shoulders and was pulled away when he gripped her hands once more. She would follow along, to his car and hopefully a quick ride over indeed, trusting him to know what he was doing and where to go.

She remained close to him, managing one smile, her voice easily heard, "Lead the way."

That was more the pity, if only he had known that she would have considered it, he might have enjoyed that fact. Maybe not for full on sex, but it wouldn’t have been the first time a couple couldn’t wait to get to the door to ‘start’. Not even close to the first time, he was sure. But, this was going to be almost as good. And definitely, far better than the dream. It always was, he had learned that shortly after learning about his dream gift. Not that he didn’t enjoy the gifts, but a warm body beneath you was far better.

The car ride would indeed be short. The town wasn’t very large, after all. Despite some of the wealth that was obvious in it, it catered to supernaturals. And there wasn’t that many of them spread throughout the island to support a large city. But the ride would have another benefit to it that some others wouldn’t have. Xander drove an older pickup, the kind where the front seat was one long seat, rather than divided by a centerline. That meant, during the few minutes it would take to drive to the hotel, he had her pulled against his side. And this time, the hand he didn’t have on the steering wheel, was not going to be shy in its wanderings of her body.

At the hotel, it wouldn’t take long for him to check in. Even without a reservation, Xander did have quite a bit of money, and securing the room he desired proved to be of little challenge. Then, he lead Lyn up to the suite he had reserved for the night. The suite itself would be quite roomy, easily three or four times the size of the dorm rooms at the school. And that was just the ‘living area’. It would have a bedroom separated from the main room as well.

He let her enter the room first, though he would step in right behind her, and rest his hands on her waist. “Like it?” He asked with a grin. “Instead of a tube, they have a jaquzzi in the bathroom too. Plus the view of the harbor from the balcony…” Oh yeah, he had definitely been there before.

A conveniently short ride though it may have been, the length of the day and the growing night wasn't lost upon the young woman. She felt drowsy, but it wasn't a sleepy feeling, but one that was bone deep tiredness that warred with the stimulus of the club and her present company. She found herself relaxed as he pulled her to him, her body was pressed to his side as she faced him, a leg lifted across his lap and her face nestled in the crook of his neck. She didn't mind his wandering hand, her body reacting of it's own will to his caresses and touch.

The room was incredible. Everything she could have possibly imagined, but nothing she had been expecting. It was decadent. Ridiculously spacious, it was a welcomed change from the cramped quarters of the evening. She stepped inside, but hesitated. What was she really doing there? She knew what she was doing there, but just what was -- Lyn jumped as Xander's hands came to her waist, bringing her thoughts back to him.

She could easily feel his body behind her, his words brought her attention back to the room at hand and she said the only thing that came to mind. "It's...amazing." It was incredibly beautiful. And inviting. She liked it. A lot.

And she didn't want to think. It was easier just to feel, Xander's words droning in her ear. She didn't want to grasp through her fleeting thoughts. She felt languid and comfortable. "Why don't you show me?"
