Week 16- Sunday
Who: Simon and Sydni
What: Dinner
Where/When: Cafeteria, midevening

At the buffet of life there are eaters and there are starvers. Simon was an eater. One great thing about coming from a good Christian home was his mother believed that a good meal was necessary at least 3 times a day. Sion could eat more than any one person had the right to. It all went to his metabolism, but you'd swear there was a black hole in his gut somewhere hiding all the food. He smiled widely as he carried a overly full tray back to his empty table. A heaping of salad with raisins and french dressing on top, a thick balogna and swiss sandwich, a sloppy joe for good measure, a full-to-the-brim orange soda and some type of apple pastry for dessert. More than likely he would be going back for more, but this was a good start.

It was pretty humid out, the perfect kind of night where you sit inside in the AC and enjoy modern technology. It was also the perfect kind of night to take a stroll outside while the sun wasn't out to burn your face off. But nuts to that- there was artificial cold to be had! That and sloppy joes.

Simon parked himself at his lonely table, although today he didn't mind the solitude. He'd gotten himself a great deal of food, and planned on stuffing himself silly with it. Starting a new life made one quite hungry all the time, he realized. The only friends he'd really made were girls, and it would've been a bit embarassing for one of them to see him chowing down like this.
