"Now this is nice," David said, meeting Hilary on the back deck of their current client's home. Tucked away in one corner was a hot tub, the steam warming David's cold cheeks. There was a perfect view of the black starry sky and snow-covered rooftops for miles.

"But if you think adding a little jacuzzi is going to make the Thompsons stay, then-"

"Oh shut it, David," Hilary said, though her eyes were sparkling. "The cameras are off. No need for all your posturing."

"Point," David said, then his eyes widened as Hilary slipped off her coat and began unbuttoning her blouse. "What are you doing?"

"I've got to test it out, haven't I? Make sure all the little jets are in proper working order." Down to just her underthings, Hilary sank down into the warm water. "Coming?"

David nodded, a shiver shooting down his spine that had nothing to do with the cold weather.

"Yes," he said. He hoped in more ways than one.
