Surprisingly Domestic

They were surprisingly domestic. Harry woke at half-seven and started breakfast. Draco indulged in a leisurely bath, testing Harry's patience and the stamina of his warming charms. Draco never failed to comment on Harry's hopeless mop of hair, and he always claimed the fluffiest bathrobe while complaining bitterly of its colour.

They never spoke of how or why: one day Harry offered Draco a drawer; the next Draco took over the wardrobe.

The next month, Draco sold his flat.

“You look happy,” Hermione said as Draco debated the Cannon's chances that season with Ron.

“I am.” Harry grinned. I am.
