Hey there... -waves- I'm a bud of Kelli's that got hornswaggled into creating a Jensen charrie, cousin to Mason. (She really didn't twist my arm too hard, I promise) I plan on trying to app him sometime no later than Sunday night, but know I need a few lines to get started, so I am here asking for your time and input.

His name is Luke Joshua Pruett, son of a Preacher Man (and we ALL know about them Preacher boys), who grew up in town. He was typically quiet because of a stutter that was probably his most embarassing time of his life. He wasn't from a very well to do family, just scraping by. I know he spent a ton of time with Mason, though he is two years older. His Uncle used to take him to the farm / ranch that he worked on, and fell in love with the horses. Seemed he had a knack for them, and wanted to become an equine vet. Unfortunantely, though, I think he couldn't get a scholarship or just couldn't get accepted to a college, so all he wants to do is either eventually own a stud farm, or train horses. I know that he went to speech therapy, and can talk normally until pissed. Then he regresses, gets angier because of it and has a bad temper. He loves to banter, he's a kid at heart at times, not a 'bad ass' or anything, but can hold his own if he has too. I figure he works at a horse ranch as a trainer or maybe a stable hand...?

I'd love some idea's and lot's of lines!

	Weeeeeelllp. Nat here is Mason's ex-wife who's just come back to Rycade. No doubt she and Luke would've come across each other on more than one occasion, and I don't doubt that Luke will probably hate her for coming back and turning Mason's world upside down a la '5 year old kid that Mason never knew about until now.' He can work on Emily's ranch! She's a trainer/therapist for horses, and most of the ones she deals with are neglected, abused, injured, or otherwise traumatized. Having another trainer around would probably help her out immensely, especially since she recently sprained her shoulder and can't do as much work around the place as she would like to.

She's a few years younger than he is, but depending on how long he's worked at the ranch for, maybe Emily could have a bit of a crush on him as well? When it comes to men, Em's absolutely clueless, so it could be pretty cute, even if he doesn't return her affections.

I actually fleshed out most of his history last night, and it worked out that he's been working for the ranch since he was like 14. His Uncle worked there and took Luke with him for years, and that is where he learned to control his stuttering. It's def. changable if the ranch hasn't been there for long.

It'd be cute. The crush thing, because he's clueless with women, just knows the looks of when they want him for sex. He wouldn't know a crush from a whatever lol. I like the idea though. Let me know more!

The ranch has been around since the sixties - Emily's grandfather actually owns the place, though she's taken over more of the business aspects of it during the past two years. If he's been working on the ranch since he was 14, he's definitely known Emily for a long time. She grew up there, along with her older sister and younger brother.

Haha, that's kind of adorable. Emily wouldn't be giving him any 'I want to sex you up' looks, mainly because she can be incredibly shy when it comes to matters of love and sex. If he is crushing on her, then Luke's going to have to deal with Sebastian, who is Emily's best friend and self-styled protector.

How old is she? Because he fell in love with a girl when she was in the 4th grade, and she had been the object of his desire and love since then. They became friends when he was a sophmore, but he never asked her out or anything, just remained friends because she was wealthy and he was middle classed and never felt good enough for her, so that was when he started sleeping around.

	Awesome! Yeah, Luke and Emily now have a little 'thing' going on, which once Luke gets accepted into the SL, will probably move even slower than Mason and Sam's relationship, lol. Also, Emily's sort of friends with Mason's ex-wife, but she didn't know anything about Tony until Nat mentioned that she had a five-year-old son and Emily did the math. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Hey! First of all, love your icon lmao. Second, welcome! This here is Sam Taylor, and she's definitely going to know Luke. She's Mason's current love interest, you know, mixed in with all that drama he's got going on here. She's 23, lived in Rycade all her life, and definitely infamous around the small town for her..past, and antics.

Long story short, she was raised by an alcoholic mother, in a trailer, who dated half the town (and wrecked her fair share of marriages) and no father. She's been the girl passed out drunk in her rundown pick up truck and sleeping with random strangers while wasted in the bar bathrooms since she was about...13. Her and Mason have been friends for awhile now, maybe a few years since they work together at the diner. He's been taking care of her and trying to get her on the right track when they realized they had feelings for each other.

OKAY, this was long haha. Anyway, Kelli had a great idea for an awkward little line for Luke and Sam here. Since they both drink, what if they hooked up in the past, maybe a few years ago? Things are going really slow between her and Mason, one reason is his ex-wife, the other could be that! Let me know what you think!
