Welcome to Grand Apartments in Seattle, Washington. An apartment building where anything goes and drama is around every corner. A community based about the lowest lows in life and the highest highs. Think you can handle this place? This city?

All character types are welcome. Students, Professors, Professionals, Bums, Law Enforcement, Chefs, White Collar, and Blue Collar. Characters 18+ years can rent a room on their own, all younger characters must be living with a parent or legal guardian. Married, divorced, widowed all accepted. Drug addicts, rapist, alcoholics allowed. Gay, straight, bisexuals, transsexuals, tri-sexuals, and more are welcome. Whoever you are you have a place in Grand Apartments.

Built in 1928, this six story brick apartment building is conveniently located on First Hill. It is within walking distance to downtown Seattle, many shops, restaurants, theatres along with Seattle Central College and Seattle University. Offering a clean , safe, friendly environment for it’s tenants. From the moment you walk in the door, you'd appreciate the difference.
