Inside Gotham Gazette

This is the asylum (community) for all fans of the fandom Batman; from the comics to the films to the animated series, all corners of the batverse are accepted!

Please feel free to join this first batfan asylum! We strongly encourage activity within our asylum: share icons, fan art-work, fanfiction, plus general discussion related to the Batman fandom!

Do not join with a 'fanfic, graphic, fanartist' journal.


We'd all like to know that there's a real person behind a journal, rather than a obscure person that only has fanficition or role-play SLs in their journal.

Rules

You must be the age of 17 or older to be a member: because of some content that may be submitted.

Your journal must show your age, or I will remove your asylum membership without prior notice.


I· Only Batman topics are to be discussed. We do not allow general Nolan, Burton, DC and other (the non-Batman work of the film makers, writers, etc) topics.

II· No hit-and-run advertisements: RPGs may only be advertised once a week! Please double-check your post to fix any HTML errors.

III· Please no flaming, harassing, arguing, trolling or fighting: you will be given three warnings, before you are booted.

IV· Please submit any spoilers behind an LJ-Cut, with an appropriate warning.

V· Please do not submit any quizzes, song lyrics, 'dream movie/anime cast lists' and 'your favourite...' topics.

VI· Submit all images, videos & other bandwidth-devouring content behind an LJ-Cut! This includes, but not limited to embedded YouTubes, fanart, RPG banners, etc.

VII· Writers & Artists: please show your work only, & only post an update every other week! We do not want to see a chapter update from the same story and/or writer every three entries.

VIII· Yes, we are a slash friendly community! Please keep aware that not every batfan may like a certain pairing, slash or not. Please label your fanfiction and fanart appropriately, such as if it is NSFW.

IX· Most important of all: have fun, and enjoy the asylum!
