Sup Girl,

I know you're insistent on being as lame as possible on your birthday, but I can't be seen with losers, so the least you could do for me is accept these very COOL and very real gifts. Maybe they'll mellow you out. The bad kid things have a sort of disillusionment charm on them. They're not exactly invisible, but the charm causes them to be overlooked. Idk. I got the spell out of a book. But you should be good unless the twins go all probity probe on you.

Anyway, thanks for always looking out and being the best friend a schlub like me could ask for. Happy Birthday, Quinn. Hopefully, you can put up with me for another eighteen years.

	The Girl abides. With an hour before curfew, she gets back to her cabin and finally opens the gift. And iiiit's a hit! She immediately hangs the banner up beside her bed, then grabs her coat and the cigarette case and rushes over to Jesse's cabin. There, she hugs him and thanks him and suggests they go for a walk.
