All of this fog almost makes me yearn for the horribly inconvenient buddy system. I keep thinking I see people wandering off the path, but it's just my eyes playing tricks on me. It always ends up being more trees. But sometimes it really looks l

Will someone meet me
I don't want to go to Duelling tonight, and it has absolutely nothing to do with being A MASSIVE COWARD, GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF FOR MERLIN'S SAKE, EVERCREECH
Duelling's going to go late, and with all the fog, we should walk back in groups. It's just sensible. Visibility will only get worse as the sun goes down.

That's definitely the sensible thing to do, Calvin. It would be easy for anyone to get turned around in this, especially at night. Thank you for bringing it up.

While it's too late to officially put the buddy system in place again, everyone should take a little extra care getting back tonight.

The fog is so atmospheric. I love living on the lake!

I think as long as you keep your eyes down to the path ahead of you, you won't stray? I'll walk with you if you'd like? I know it can be hard to see at night, especially when the sun comes down so early.

Between you and Sylla, it shouldn't be a problem to find company. It's only a bit of fog, after all. It's foggy all the time back home. Very normal. Standard weather. Nothing unusual.

The fog creeps me out too. I lived in a place once where they had this thick fog that hung so low you couldn't see the houses across the street. Or your sidewalk. Or like anything in your yard. It was really, really creepy.

I've still got spare copies of the sign-up sheets if students want them put up in the Lodge and walking back in groups regardless is a wise idea.

I tried to go skating before breakfast but I didn't even make it down the hill. It felt really cree seemed too dangerous to even try the ice this morning.

Fog causes optical illusions. Seeing unusual silhouettes is pretty common. It's kinda like a Brocken spectre.
