ANNOUNCEMENT ADDENDUM
...so, if anyone is wondering about the plot calendar, Marin completely messed up the timing. SORRY. /uses a coppertale icon bc that is both marin's house and the house of fuckups rn

November's plot calendar will be posted on October 31, at 8:00 AM MT, so a day later than previously stated.

Those who were promised an early shot at the calendar will see it on October 30, at roughly 8:00 AM MT, and we will be emailing you all to let you know when it's posted.

Also, after October, we will be making some changes to activity requirements. Those changes are:

IC/OOC events created by your character will now count for activity (e.g. Cricket's Costume Crafting Party, Sy's Mud Wrestling Competition)
third-person prose logs will only count for activity if your character has posted a minimum of 3 times to the scene (If you're the OP, that counts as one post.)
TENTATIVE ADDITION: prose-ish scenes on IC/OOC posts will count too, and require a minimum of 5 comments by your character

	That makes things a bit trickier for me, honestly, since it's a work day. Buuuut I'll roll with it, obviously. Cecil and Casper got some fun ones in October anyway. Yeah, we always aim for the last day of the month! One of these days we might do a day or two earlier, but honestly, it's a lot of work for us to put a calendar together and we're usually getting these coded and posted at the very last minute. :(

Like JUST TO SHOW HOW MUCH YOUR MODS DON'T HAVE THEIR ACTS TOGETHER I put the 30th because I forgot there were 31 days in October, even though, you know, Halloween.

	Yes! If we need to start defining which IC/OOC posts will count, we'll do so in the future, but currently, they all do. Basically, we want to encourage people to post things that will a) give other characters a chance to interact with them, or b) give other characters something to do, so the ~boy safari~ worked perfectly. 	Just out of curiosity, where do you stand on third-person prose logs that take place in the comments of IC/OOC posts? Generally the tags tend to be a lot shorter, so I understand if they don't count towards activity, but I just thought I'd check in case it was an option! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Yes, they will count for activity! By next month we'll iron out exactly what the requirements on those small scenes will be. Tentatively, it'll be around 5 comments per character, and it must clearly be a scene and not OOC joking about what's going on. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
