It's time for Gooseberry's first ever Activity Check! Yaaaaay! To pass AC, everyone is required to present two pieces of activity per character. (Characters who are accepted after this point are exempt from AC.) The following activity counts:

• First person journal posts


• Third person logs/scenes

Your character can also use one of the following for activity, but only if they were accepted before Sep 16:

• A note, gift or letter/owl sent by your character


• A comment thread with at least 10 comments by your character, not posted on your character's own journal post. It must be a single link, but branching threads count. This means, if you go to the bottom of a comment and copy the Thread link (e.g. ), and we are able to count 10 of your character's comments from your link, it counts.

Only activity posted from September 1–30 qualifies for AC.

You have until Friday, September 30 at 11:59 PM MST to get this month's activity in, i.e. any posts from now until October 1 counts for activity. If you are unable to meet activity requirements, please check in anyway and we will grant your character(s) a strike. Provided it is not their third strike, you will be allowed to keep your character(s) for another month.

To qualify for a fourth character, you must pass AC with all three of your current characters, and not be on hiatus. Once you've gotten the OK from the mod account (i.e. we've acknowledged your AC comment), you may put in a hold for a fourth.

MOD VACATION ADDENDUM: AC is going up several hours early because we have plans tonight! Also, since we've been unable to accept new characters while we're away, anyone who already submitted or submits their third character application before Sep 26 can qualify for a fourth character. Everyone else will have to wait until the next AC! :)
