So I've gotten a crash course in what is going on around here. Just... No clue what to do about it.

Just asking if anyone is from After Colony 197? Or have a clue of what I'm even talking about?

Okay. Forging for myself is well and good. I've been putting those survival classes the Garrison had us go through to good use, but uh I'm getting sick and tired of just vegetables. Obviously the food 'provided' for our...companions.

Yes Blue I called you a companion shut up.

Obviously the food 'provided' for our companion creature things is not edible for human or whatever each of us actually are consumption. Any 'prayers' for food for ourselves have yielded nothing, according to Michelle which means we're all crowed.

Since no one is putting this out there I guess we need to galvanize or something. We're all stuck here until someone either pulls us out or, well we're all stuck here for the foreseeable future. Best make the most of it right?

I know I said I'm good with care of animals. I've been taking care of a cow named Kaltenecker myself for a good few movement cycles and I've handed some livestock back home. I'm also a good shot. We're surrounded by darkness and horrifying creatures according to Viktor I think? And Yuuri, I believe? So we need some sort of defense set up in case. I don't trust this protection. Protections fail.

I can work defense too if we need it.

If I can get a gun.

We need to work and make a job board or something. Put together our skills. Have a meeting of everyone where. I think there's some sort of town hall, right? We should gather together. Talk about all of this. Greeting each other is good in words, but face to face is better you know? You can judge a person better than just words if you see their face.

So, two things.

One, don't go anywhere near the shadow border. Nasty things there. Yuuri and I ran into two of them. I'm not sure what it was, but they were like something out of a zombie movie.

Two, has anyone got any ideas on feeding a dog? My griffin has been sharing the odd scrap of meat with her, and there are some root vegetables nearby, but it's definitely not ideal.

Well, it was suggested that we get to know each other, since we are all here and presumably stuck for the foreseeable future. So, I figure why not? Here's a place for that. Offer name, where you're from, and anything that could be useful or relevant to know about you.

Obviously I'll start. My name's Molly Carpenter. I'm from Chicago, late 2013 (almost 2014 really). I was a witch but most of my powers seem a bit off now. Currently the closest description anyone can apply to me is changeling, I suppose. Winter Fae, and high in the court of such. It means I'm a bit colder than most humans, but you get used to it. I can't cook to save my life, but coffee I can make like no one's business.

I suppose that's about all...

Hello? Um...my name is Katsuki Yuuri. And as much as I appreciate having a dragon, I am probably going to get into so much trouble if I'm not back home soon. Does the name Viktor Nikiforov mean anything to anyone here? Or Phichit Chulanont? If there's an internet network somewhere, Phichit would be on it.

I saw someone posting about how to grow food. I mean, once food is grown or something...I'm not a bad cook myself. I'd be willing to help out however I can.

Sorry I'm not saying much here yet. A certain dragon is trying to insist that I get something to eat here soon. It's been about a day I think since I last ate, something like that.

Okay so really ancient reference to a show that inspired space flight, but I digress. I'm not a captain, just a fighter pilot, and now that I'm suitably not freaking out I thought I'd try and get my...thoughts in order.

We've been kidnapped? By a 'Goddess'? Quiznak, my life these days. If it's not one thing, it's the other....

I really hoped I was back on Earth. I miss Veradera. I miss mami, and my sisters, and my brothers. My aunts, uncles, cousins...I miss home.

...sheesh that was not what I wanted to say. Ah. Anyway we should probably get some sort of volunteer board up or something since there's...a few of us? Here?

I wonder if Allura can possibly find me...although without Blue I doubt that. Hm.
