4:14PM - Okay, so I know this is about books

It's completely off the topic of books.
Although it sort of pertains to books.
Ever read a book where you just wanted to slam it closed and start beating the guy over the head with it? Seriously! They are so clueless when it comes to girls. EXAMPLE Ron in Harry Potter. I've always wanted to give him a good hard smack across the face to knock some sense into him. Basically, guys are complete idiots when it comes to how to act around a girl, or common sense in general. I always hoped it was only like that in books, but of course, I was wrong again. Just like I was wrong when I thought that I would find one book where the guy didn't do something stupid. Haha.
Seriously though, girls, what's the weirdest thing that a guy has said to you? Or quite possibly the worst thing? Or most idiotic? I can think of quite a few.
One of the stupidest things I've ever heard a guy say was something my ex boyfriend said. We were making out and he wanted to finger me and he asked me if my pants had a zipper. How many girls' jeans DON'T have a zipper? Seriously.
Guys can be rude, insensitive, clueless or just plain stupid. That is a reoccuring theme in girly books. Gah.

Main Characters: Caitlin and  Rogerson
What I liked best: I like that Caitlin friends and family are really there for her but she can't see it.  SHe just feels sorry for her self and thinks that everyone has forgotten her.  They all want to help her but she just pushes them away.  I also like that I had no idea what this book was about.  I thought it was going to be this cute great love story but it wasn't and I still liked it! The book tell Caitlin's view.  I think every girl should read this because I would hope that they would be smart enough to never let someone abuse them.  I didn't know that the book was going to be about abuse.  If I known I don't think I would have read it because I am totally not the kind of girl to let that happen to me so I would have been "oh what a dumb bitch.  I thought it was going to be a love story, and it was, but with a twist.  I am so glad I read this book because I got to see what Caitlin was thinking.  Plus I know some one who was abused and I have always thought WHY WOULD SHE PUT UP WITH THAT SHIT!  Caitlin showed me what she was thinking and why she did what she did.  Not that I agree with her but I could see what she was going though and what she thought!
What I liked least: I hated Rogerson when he started to hit Caitlin!  I hated that her mother become so wrapped up with making Cass come home that she forgot about Caitlin
over all rating: I loved it!  It was like nothing  I've read before.  I really like the Author and want to read more of her books.

When and Where the story takes place: Brookdale present time
Plot in a nutshell: Fanboy(donnie) is a nerd and has only two friends. One is Goth Girl(Kyra) who is really emo and crazy.  Cal, the lacrosse player/secret comic book geek like Fanboy. Fanboy is writing a comic book, no wait, a graphic novel.  He wants to show it to his idol and become famous so he can leave his town and laugh at everyone who has ever made fun of him or bet him up.
Main characters: Fanboy, Goth Girl, Cal
What I liked best: I like that Fanboy gets to make out with Dina, the hot goddess!  I like that the book does not end the way I would want it to.  I mean it just ends.  He kinda gets the girl but then he really doesn't want that girl.  The girl he wants is a psycho, and doesn't want him.  At least that is how the book end and you don't know if she wants him.
What I liked least: not knowing if Fanboy and Goth Girl get together or even stay friends.  The book just ends!!!
